Earthscapes & Construction, LLC Reviews (1)
We were new to this process and paid almost $3800 for the work. Consistently the men were listened to react rather than to understand, and were defensive and rude.
Weeks after install, we found they buried all the sprinkler heads so deep (some measuring 5 and 7 inches down) that most of the heads would not come up to water properly after our irrigation professional came to turn the system on. Our irrigation professional determined that one broke completely due to the heavy dirt that turned to mud, on top of a few inches of mulch, which they laid over all of the areas without a second though for functionality. When we approached the subject with the owner, we were insulted and interrupted over and over.
They promised later on to have their irrigation company come unbury the heads, and we never heard a word from them, so now we are going to have to dig up expensive landscaping to not only locate the buried heads, but have them repaired – a mistake they would not take ownership for.
We have used many vendors for our homes in over 15 years, and they are the only one we've had to fire due to mistreatment. They are not accredited with the BBB, nor do they even exist on Angies' List, and there is a reason they likely avoid those areas, as they must know their customer service is completely void.
