The lady Service Manager couldn't organize a picnic if she tried. Most of the Appointment making Employees know more about what's going on in the Service Department than the Manager. She's too busy going on long lunches and breaks than to even think about tending to buisiness. Jonker is a Total rip off and horrid customer service. I'd rather take my vehicle to Penticton than ever deal with Jonker Honda again.

We took in our Honda Civic for a recall. When we booked the appointment we told them our address and they guaranteed us shuttle service home. When we got there they refus d to shuttle us home. We live 8km from the dealership. We were told they only shuttle 5km distances. We were stranded. Very very poor customer service. We have had no trouble shuttled home from various other Langley car dealers such as Toyota and BMW.

Took my supercharged civic si for an oil change this morning at 6:30am from Abby to Langley. The tech took my car for a nice 5-10 min joy ride. I said whatever and neglected it but when I opened the trunk I found that the box in which I keep extra brake pads, tools, golves amongst other things SCATTERED all over the trunk. Didn't touch it called the service advisor to look at it and denied the vehicle ever leaving the lot. When I pressured her to ask the tech and she came back saying yeah the tech took it out to check if its handling okay.WTF I booked an oil change why would you take it out without my permission. Really really disappointed cross my name off and never call me again! If you can't treat customers vehicles respectfully then close your service department or hire professional service. I have seen techs fired for this kind of behavior. Enough said! Jonker joy-riders best in the business

I own a Honda Odyssee 2012 and the SRS appeared at the same time as the air bag inflater recall on ALL Odyssee's. I took my car into Jonker for the recall and they fixed the inflater but didn't check the SRS light. I asked why and they said that it was NOT included in the inflater recall...it would be another $79 plus for the scan. At that time 6 months ago I just decided to drive with the SRS light on.

About a month ago I mentioned it to a mechanic where I was getting my oil changed (Langley Motors) and I asked him to scan the SRS light problem. It was diagnosed as a faulty seat belt buckle on the drivers side. I got on google and checked out what that was all about and learned that if the SRS light was on, the air bag would not deploy in an accident.

So on May 23rd I called Honda Canada customer relations and explained my dilema. Alexander was VERY accommodating and said that even though the warranty had expired on my 2002 Odyssee that they would cover the cost of the buckle as it was a safety hazzard and that all I had to pay was the installation cost which should be MUCH lower than the cost of the buckle.

I called Jonker Honda which is close to my work and they quoted me a price of $60 plus tax for installing the buckle The lady had said it was only a 1/2 hr job. That was good for me so Alexander called them and asked them to order the buckle. The buckle came and I called for an appointment. A different service lady said that the installation price would be $240 and I almost passed out...YIKES! I told her that the rate was absurd and said I wanted to speak with the manager who was in a meeting at the time. I waited for over 1/2 hr and then decided to drive down and see the manager in person.

Glen (the acting service manager) was a complete jerk and not courteous at all. First he reemed me out for supposedly treating the service girl badly saying that I even swore at her...which I DID not! I had just said that I was quoted $60 and then she gave me the price of $240 (for 1/2 hr labour) so YES...I was choked at that. Glen went so far as to say that Honda shouldn't be paying for that part as the vehicle was a 2002...where does he get off thinking he owns Honda? He was NOT professional at all, and then said quite rudely I should take my vehicle elsewhere.

I then called Whiterock Honda and had the part installed for under $100 taxes included...PLUS they washed and vacuumed the car and reset the codes. Whiterock Honda is an HONEST dealership and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would say...STAY AWAY from Jonker Honda Service department...avoid them like the plague!!!

The worst experience ever. I was really looking forward to buying a car with my wife for the first time and they were absolutely terrible. Rude, Ignorant and made you feel like garbage. I wish I had of taken my business elsewhere. Sorry other dealerships

I have been here several time because it is convenient and they can pick me /drop me back at my work.

However, I just realized that Jonker Honda is much more expensive compare to other places.

Test they performed on regular maintenance did not find help at finding any problems. They require me to do bunch of test at additional charge. It is ridiculous to see amount that they charge.

They ran a bunch of tests to see why the engine light was on (charging for each one) and replaced a sensor that didn't need to be replaced.

They justified this by saying they just "followed the book" in diagnosing the problem.

Unfortunately for the customer Honda mechanics no longer solve problems; they run tests. The difference is that even if the tests don't solve the problem, Honda still gets to charge you for each test.

In my case the test that found the problem (check the wiring) came way down on the list, so I got to make multiple trips to the dealer, pay for tests that were supposed to solve the problem (but didn't), buy a part I didn't need, and best of all, listen to the service manager defend the whole procedure.

Never really had a problem here. Sometimes a little slow when they say a certain time estimate. Really friendly and professional staff.
