They came in and had our garage door fixed! I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from them. I admire the knowledge they have when it comes to this type of service. I am recommending them to many people I know who need repairs for their garage.

Fast, friendly service. Very honest and willing to help. Our garage door was broken, and in unsafe condition. When my husband was injured trying to operate it, we knew we had to fix the problem right away. We called Aaron's Garage Door Service, and they got back to us the very next day and were out to our home quickly. We didn't know what the root of the problem was, or what was necessary to resolve the issue. The Aaron's servicemen were very open and honest about what was broken, and how it needed to be fixed. They gave us different options for the repairs, as well. They never tried to upsell us, but instead explained how certain repairs might be more thorough than others, and then let us decide. Given the nature of our problem, we were suspicious that the doors weren't installed properly in the first place. We mentioned this, and the servicemen looked our second door over to ensure that it was safe to use, at no additional charge. This made us feel much better, and we were pleased with how willing they were to help. They were very respectful and friendly throughout the process, and did a good job. Our garage door spring had broken that morning, I did an online search for garage door repairs in our area. Aaron's site popped up along with a couple of others. Now, he wasn't the first one I called. I actually called and spoke to someone else. But that guy sounded sketchy and I was uncomfortable with the idea of hiring him. Next, I checked out Aaron's website. It looked very professional and legit. I took time to read the reviews and decided to try him out.
They were able to come out that same day. They were very professional and friendly and I was impressed with the way they approached the job. And just like that they were able to fix the problem. It was great! I can't say enough good things about Aaron and his company. I highly recommend him and would absolutely use him again if I had to!

Dun-rite came out to repair my garage door, after I accidentally backed the car into it. I was expecting to have to pay for an entire door, but Dun-Rite was able to get two panels that exactly matched the old door. They were prompt and professional, and the door looks like new! I highly recommend this company.

Prompt, quick, and neat. They did a really good job, and I recommend them. Aaron's Garage Door Service was fantastic! I definitely recommend them. They had the best price quote of any of them that I got. They also took the time to explain things to me when they were giving me the estimate. I've got a really high-entrance door that they had to go up and around and they explained how they would do that. Excellent customer service. We purchased a replacement garage door from Aaron's. The price was so good, we weren't sure what to expect. The door was great quality, they were on time for the installation and the service was very professional. Six months later, we had trouble with the door opening and closing with the automatic opener. Again, they came right out, were on time and the problem was with a mis-aligned sensor (not anything they had done). They realigned the sensor, made sure it was working properly and told me to have a great day! That's was customer service should be!

Pleased, I'd hire again!! Aaron's Garage Door Service was here at the house when they said they were going to be here. The two men who came in were very professional. They worked well together. I found out about Aaron's Garage Door Service from through the Yellow Pages and got estimates from Aaron's and other companies due to a situation where insurance was involved. Aaron's Garage Door Service offered the most economical estimate, which was lower than the other ones. Aaron himself came out to give me the estimate. I like the man and I had a feeling of trust with him. The other ones seemed shady, but that's just a feeling. I had never bought a garage door before but I'd advise to know what you want to get. I wish I got a garage door with windows but that's already spent. All in all, I'm pleased with Aaron's Garage Door Service and I'd hire them again!

Aaron's Garage Door Service provided good service. Aaron's Garage Door Service was good. The only grudge I have, and this was a weird situation and might not be entirely fair to him, is that he told me that he might be able to get me a used door in the color I wanted at a cheaper price. He wasn't able to get that door, so he went ahead and installed a new one. I didn't realize until I got the bill and was charged full price. Maybe a little more communication and information throughout the process would have been nice. Plus, I think he's a bit on the pricey side. But, he did good work and everything turned out fine and is working well.

Fast,Friendly,Professional. I woke up one morning to find our garage door springs had broken. I called for estimates to Aaron and 3 other competitors. He was the best price for the exact same equipment. He willingly provided references and they checked out. Bottom line, I had a functioning garage door before 3 PM that same day! Needed a garage door replacement fast. When I called Aaron's Garage Door Service, my old door was literally on its last leg. Aaron answered the phone and came to my house on his way home from another job. He assessed the situation and gave me a firm quote. I checked out his credentials and decided to use his service. Aaron came the next day and replaced the door without any problems. It works better than ever and his price was very reasonable...he kept his promise on his service and quote.
