I really like your employee bios! That's all fab except you forgot to include a favourite hobby, which is to romantically pursue select female customers then rape them by coercion and deceit. How can a Canadian business allow and enable this practice??!! Scum!!!

I had been searching for a vehicle for approximatley two months. After driving the elantra i knew it was the car i wanted. I visited numerous dealerships, but couldnt quite find the perfect car.
After coming to the niagara falls hyundai dealership the staff and comfort of the dealership became very relaxing.
Fortunatley of the available elantras they had available i found the right one. I dealt with a saleman named Mark who was very friendly, easy to talk to and profresional.
I highly reccommend this dealership and more specifically this model of vehicle when searching for a new car.

It was a very enjoyable adventure buying this new 2014 Santa Fe. My sales person Mike Cernick, sales manager Matt, and office staff went out of their way put together the exact car that I wanted and needed. We worked on, after hours, to ensure the deal was complete. It's nice to see a team work so well together. On picking up my new Santa Fe I was further introduced to more of this very friendly staff including those in the important Service Department. A very special thanks to Mike an excellent salesperson. Originally we came in and wanted the 2013 Accent. Unfortunately we were unable to get this vehicle for 8-12 weeks. To compensate for this the dealership offered us another car at a great rate, the 2012 Elantra Touring GL. Its a great car and we couldn't be happier.

I bought a 2010 Accent and had every service done at Autovalue Hyundai. The service department was great so when I decided to buy a new car I didn't want to go anywhere else. I was not disappointed. The sales staff were great and I got a good deal. I would recommend anybody wanting a new car to come here.

Its always nice to walk into a dealership and hear that one of their clients(who was named first and last along with the son's name) totalled their vehicle and was coming in buy another. ever hear of client confidentiality...they seem to be counting their gain rather than their clients unfortunate event.

Was this simply a conversation between two Sales Associates who most likely know the Clients quite well? Was it a conversation between the Finance Manager and Sales Associate discussing the Client and the clients unfortunate situation? Maybe the conversation was simply a heads up to ready the F&I Manager for the incoming business. How close were you standing to these people? Do you know exactly what was being discussed? Why were you standing so close, was it because you wanted to hear the conversation? Where is the harm in mentioning a Clients situation, or the use of names (names can be easily search on Canada411.ca anyway). No issue there with privacy, according to the Canadian Government. Maybe it was a bad day for you? You felt like you didn't get the service that you deserved? I would feel pretty good if my Sales Rep cared enough to discuss my unfortunate accident with another Rep. He obviously cared. He is obviously excited to sell me another vehicle. Seeing as I know him quite well, since I just bought a vehicle from him, I am excited to buy another one from him. He obviously deserved my business if I was happy enough to come back. Maybe I want to put food on his table. Its no secret that they are on commission and to be honest it is a hard gig. I really don't care that I was the topic of conversation between my Sales Rep and F&I Manager. My car was written off, and I needed a new one. It was innocent and I think we are trying to make something out of nothing. If you had a bad day, I am sorry. Give them another chance you will be glad you did.

We were apprehensive about trading in a car with an existing loan, fearing all the complications, but Melinda (our financial service rep) knew exactly what to do, and made the transaction simple. When it came to picking out our new car, we were so happy with the advice and service provided by Lucia (our sales rep). Nothing we asked of them, was too much trouble. No waiting...no surprises.
