Pikes Peak SEO

I worked with Pikes Peak SEO for 4 months. In all that time, my site's score actually went down. PPSEO charged me $850 that was unauthorized. They claim that they were working on the site, but I had zero communication from them for over 45 days and nothing was done to the site. Now I discover that my home page has not even been optimized. I reached out several times to John Kuchta, the owner, and he has ignored me. I am not sure if anything much at all was ever done to support my account, and I can't find out because nobody for PPSEO will communicate with me. I do not recommend using this company.
