Terrible customer service, poor management response if any to customer complaints, sold new car with dent on door, dealership dealt with it terribly, promised things that they did not deliver. Nine months later engine trouble left for 2 days with no rental car, still waiting to hear about outcome even though it is covered by warranty. Katie and Eric did not respond to one email or phone call. Would not deal with this dealership again.
I bought my new 2014 Kia Rondo from Katie and Eric and it was the best car buying experience to date. They were very friendly,knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and easy. I also had my first service done there and it was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family for sure!
Never been lied to so much in my life. They lied even about things that are easily verifiable, like the warranty expiry date. We were treated like we were born yesterday. We've had used car buying experiences before, but this was just the next level.
When we looked at the car the first time it was practically brand new, absolutely spotless. They were supposed to do a couple of things to it. One week later we were told to come pick it up and that everything was ready. When we showed up, it turned out that NOTHING we agreed to was done. They were just pulling a fast one on us. Thank god we had everything written on the bill of sale. So we refused to pick it up till they actually did everything they promised. Took them another week to do it. They still didn't do everything as promised, just the bare minimum that we could hold them to, based on the ambiguous writing on the bill of sale.
We picked up the car, because we couldn't wait any longer, and were absolutely sick of the lies. We were reasonably happy, since the car itself was really good. That was too good to be true. After checking the car in a better light within 15 minutes of driving away, we noticed that our previously spotless car now had a nice 2 inch paint scuff on the rear bumper. They dinged it!!! Obviously they would never admit to it. Talking about adding an insult to the injury.
Would never recommend to anyone going there. If you do, don't believe a word they say, get everything in writing, and quadruple check everything before giving them any money.

I recently had a super experience at 401 DIxie Kia. I originally talked with Bill and then Jordan was my sales representative. What a professional! I felt like I was a genuine priority. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and all the services that Kia provides its customers. I did not feel pressured or unsure about anything and he had no problem answering ALL of my questions. He was very patient and even came in on a day off in order for me to pick up my car before the weekend. I truly feel like he went above and beyond my expectations of a sales representative. This is my second Kia vehicle, and with quality service and a quality product, I do not see myself in anything but a Kia product. Thank you for making my purchase a dream and not a nightmare.

Definitely the best experience i have ever had purchasing a vehicle, We all know how stressful it is buying a car and how tough it can be to haggle and negotiate.401 Dixie Kia definitely allowed this experience to be very comfortable and in fact...fun!
