Purchased a Chrysler 300 about 3years ago from this company. Keep in mind I am a factory trained Chrysler technician with 30 years experience in the industry, I know a pile of crap when I see one. After a horrible divorce my credit was trashed and needed to start again. I called cavalcade after seeing their add on the 300 for sale. I asked about the interest, payments and the down payment before I applied, I was provided all the information with no pressure. When I was approved I inquired about the car, all the questions I asked were answered. I had asked if I could have the vin#of the vehicle so I could run it through the Chrysler system to check on repairs and warranty work that was done and to do a car proof myself. They provided everything I asked for with no hesitation at all. All the info checked out exactly as they told me. I drove to Calgary and the car was exactly what they said, all the purchase info was as I was told, great car, great people, they are there to help and Do. Like I said I have been in the industry for 30 years and seen most every kind of underhanded sales pitch out there, have no fear people this is a reputable place to deal. I WILL DEFIANTLY DEAL THERE AGAIN!!!!

This company has got to be the most crooked company in respects to used car sales . In August 2013 we were sold a lemon from Checkered Flag with financing at 22% for 4 years. The vehicle was valued at $13,995 and with financing the payments were based on $22,000 with $2000 down. The vehicle had so many mechanical issues and no one would fix it. We ended up trading in the vehicle and now pay double payments for the hunk of junk that was given to us. Did I mention that after the buyout was given to Cavalcade they still took out a payment? After that we were told the cheque was ready and had the plesure of meeting Linda who is the rudest unaccomodating person I have met. Horrible Customer service, not once when phoning about our problems had anyone helped us. And they are not helping with thoes who have poor credit they are taking advantage of people and locking them into unrealistic intrest rates .

This company is doing everything in their power to hide an accident that my car was in before they sold the vehicle to me and they did not tell me that it was involved in an accident at the time of purchase.
I do not recommend this dealer to anyone. The salesmen are nice to deal with while buying a car and they are making money off you but once you sign the paperwork and take the car you will never hear from them again.
If you do choose to buy a car then check to make sure it was not in an accident first.
