Ajthetrainer Davis is a Member of Who's Who Business Association, a member of The Lehigh Valley Recreational Hall of Fame in various categories. Ajthetrainer Davis was named Best Trainer and Best Massage Therapist along with Best Karate studio in conjunction with LVIRK training Center by th Lehigh Valley Magazine in 2007. Lehigh Valley Business Magazine lauded The One You,LLC as one of the Fast Growing up& coming companies in there Top 30 list. His approach of Mind, Body and Spirit brings a Holistic viewpoint towards the process of exercise and general health. Ajthetrainer Davis is a Certified USA Boxing Coach and has helped train Professional boxers, athletes and celebrities. Mr. Davis was a Member of the TEAM USA Powerlifing from 1992 through 1998 and was a three-time National Champion, Junior national champion with Silver and Bronzes from The World Championships in the Deadlift.
