Pop! Events Group

A huge Thank You to the POP Events team for making our first virtual event such a success! The gift baskets delivered to our executives were very professionally put together with an amazing array of items. As were the gifts and suggestions for the Kids’ gifts. This is the 2nd year in a row that I have used POP events for our year end celebrations - they are always at the top of their game and the professionalism and superior service makes my life easier. A huge shout out to Adam, Dima and Severina - thank you guys - you make me look good!

We had a fantastic experience working with Pop Events for our organization's anniversary event. The games were fun and interactive. The staff were professional and great with the crowd.

Overall working with Dawne and the team was a pure pleasure!

First off, I want to thank you and your team for getting the games ready for our event last week. The staff on-site were very professional and friendly. I hope they had a good time with us. The feedback I got was very positive especially with the Warp Speed Interactive game. The Warp Speed game was fun, competitive, and exhausting! It is definitely a great game for all ages.

The Foosball and bubble hockey are just classic! The one down comment I have is with the bubble hockey. The table top wasn’t fully secured so it would shift around and also there was a defective player/stick. Which took a bit of the fun away. Cindy did his best to address the issues so no fault on his part.

Once again, very you very much! I look forward working with your team on future events.

The event was great and everybody loved the crafts and stuffed animals. Santa was a hit!

It was great and I really appreciate all your help getting this set up for us.

Event went great. Staff were tremendous and employees and families had a great time. The train was a hit with all kids along with some adults that hopped on the ride as well. The room looked fantastic. We had it completely draped in white up light with the colours on our logo.

Glad we did setup on Saturday as it took a number of hours on Saturday, not sure it could’ve been done on a Sunday morning before our event.

Hope the staff at Pop Events has a wonderful holiday season. Thank you again for everything. Looking forward to working with the crew for events next year.

Hi Richelle,

The party was amazing! I think it was one of our best yet. Everyone seemed to enjoy the games and the booth. The band was fantastic this year. It was great. The donut wall was not as big of a hit as I'd hoped. People weren't sure what it was - some thought it was a selfie backdrop!! I had to encourage them to try the donuts. They were just slightly less fresh than we expected, and I'm sure it's because they were made much earlier in the day and were sitting out for a few hours. So in the end, I wouldn't do it again. Maybe for smaller events it would be cute, but for our number, it was a bit of a fail. We had so many left that people were taking entire boxes home with them.

Thanks again for all your help/patience with us and enjoy the rest of the holidays!

We had Pop Events help us out with our kids holiday party. Every year we would run around to toys r us and different stores to get all the different gifts for the group of kids coming, but this year we ordered through the Pop Events website. It saved us so much time and was so easy! We did all the ordering online and then the presents arrived wrapped and labelled if it was a boy or girl toy and for what age group. We also got a unicorn hair station through them which the little girls absolutely loved. We got the large stuffed animal kits as well for the activity and it was a huge hit. The stuffed animals were better quality than build a bear and a very easy process to put them together. Would definitely use Pop Events in the future. Thanks Pop Events!!

Pop! Events Group was very helpful with planning our kids holiday party. I worked directly with Elayne and she was very kind, patient and thorough with her help.

It was a huge timesaver to submit a list of the genders and ages of attendees and have Pop! Events Group select the toys for us. The kids were overjoyed with the gifts they received and the parents were impressed with the quality of the gifts.

The face painter was a huge hit with all attendees. She took her time with each attendee and did beautiful work. I also appreciated that she dressed for the party with festive clothing.

I highly recommend using Pop! Events Group!

We had Pop Events supply some casino games and staff for our Holiday Party. They were amazing! They helped us set up other aspects of the party, and the games were a huge hit. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Highly recommended!

I just wanted to take some time to thank you and your team for all of your hard work leading up to Petro Canada’s Children’s Holiday Party, and give you some feedback about Saturday!

Firstly, I wanted to say that having Haley on site was great! She was running around ensuring that everything was set up and working, as well as helping us with little things (that made a big difference) throughout the day. She was great to work with and we were very happy to have her there! The tattoo artist and minions were a big hit! For the most part, they were constantly busy and people loved taking pictures with Minions and getting to leave with another memento! Not to mention that the two people who were working the Photo booth were fabulous as well! They kept our lines moving and were very organized. The crafts we chose this year were also very well received! This Santa was amazing and the photographer were amazing. The line was moving fast and pictures were printing almost instantly! This individual was ready to go at 10am (showed up earlier which was lovely), and really connected with the kids. DJ Sammy as usual was also amazing! We did the interactive show at the beginning of the event which was much better than last year. He was great at keeping people engaged, and really helped me out with calling numbers for the Santa Line.

Below are just a couple of lessons learned for next year!
- Gifts: We ran out of gifts at the very end. It could have been that we had people that showed up without registering, which left us 3 gifts short. For next year, please do advise the person that will be planning our party to keep this in mind. Perhaps, we can have an extra 10-15 gifts that are suitable to multiple age groups as contingency.
- Gone Fishing: at first when we tried the game, we thought it would be too difficult for the little ones to reach. However, once the kids started to play, it was something that they can do with their parents. Also, having a giveaway prize for each participant was a great touch! If we would have to choose an activity again, I think this would not be first choice.
- Tattoo artist: Due to the fact that it was very popular, we could have had two artists instead of one.
