Contacted trans global to repair my Samsung Dryer on 2021-11-15, they said they would have someone show up on 2021-11-17. No one showed up. Contacted them again, they said they would have a repair person come in 2021-12-01. No one showed up. Contacted their phone line multiple times, representatives are useless. My dryer still isn’t fixed and calling them is basically futile. Worst service I have ever experienced, even worse then Canadian telecoms. Trans global you have outdone yourself.

Avoid dealing with them at all costs.
Arrogant personnel, deceiving operators, technicians simply are not showing up.
Unprofessional attitude, lack of communication, failure to provide booked service - avoid at all costs.

Your call center is extremely unprofessional! I called about a washer not working, it took them almost 2 months to come and fix it lo and behold it's unfixable. After trying to get ahold of someone to see what the next step was,the anxiety is yet to call.
I was put on hold only to have no one come back to the line, I have been hung up on, I have been told to 'F' off, I'm living. A joke!!

They have decided to give me a store credit which is fine, except it's still the same warranty company.
I would say buyer beware ask the name of the warranty company if it's King and states you might want to shop else where. I know I will from now on !

I have an LG French Door refrigerator which was purchased from Lowe's with a Lowe's Protection Plan October 9, 2015. It stopped cooling/freezing July 26th. I have been 116 days and counting without the use of a refrigerator.
The Protection Plan brochure boasts "Leave the service to us....no hassles, loopholes or hoops to jump through. Your repair will be handled quickly by an authorized service technician"
Assurance Insurance (Lowe's Protection Plan) uses TransGLobal Service to access LG parts and repair technicians. I have contacted both companies numerous times. They make promises to look into the situation and get right back to me. They do not return my calls. For three months I have tried to be reasonable but more promises have been broken. I am beyond frustrated. Four times the repair guy has worked on our refrigerator. It is still not working
DO NOT buy an LG appliance! DO NOT buy a Lowe's Protection PLan. DO NOT use TransGlobal Service.

One year later and still without a working Dishwasher

It has been nothing but disaster dealing with Transglobal and their dishwasher technicians. Originally, I placed a call Feb 2019 for the control panel change in my dishwasher. Since then, I have taken over 6 days off from work (Vacation lost) for the technicians to come and in the process, they broke the door (Seal and other parts). Multiple technicians have come with different opinions. Bottom line after a year of waiting and 6 days taken off my vacation pay, they have given up and they are not fixing the dishwasher that they broke themselves. Meanwhile I have paid for this service for the last 10 years and when it comes to use the service to repair my dishwasher they fail to do it. They come in break my dishwasher and then they tell me they can not fix it. They don’t even deserve a 1 start. Worst company to deal with. They are not accountable for their mistake. I have asked them to put themselves in my shoe for a year no service meanwhile they have been taking the monthly payments promptly from the account. I will be contacting the Global TV to report this and hopefully more people become aware of how Transglobal works and treats their paying clients.....

Desmond arrived within the scheduled time frame. Desmond was very pleasant. he assessed the refridgerator, explained what the problem was then proceeded to repair the appliance.
The refridgerator was repaired within an hour.
I was very pleased with Desmond s professionalism.

Our appliances are under a 4 yr. warranty from The Brick. Our dryer was making a funny noise, we contacted the number on the warranty which happened to be Transglobal Services. They accommodated our schedule and sent a technician, Kevin, within a day. Two days later we got a call from them saying the parts were in and which would be the best day and time for them to come and repair the dryer. Once again, Kevin was extremely accommodating with our schedule, informed us what was wrong, changed all the parts that could be affected and quickly repaired the dryer. We are extremely pleased with the technician, Kevin, and the service this company offered and would highly recommend them.

worst service ever these people seem to think we are living in some forgotten third world country where the consumer can be bullied and lied to at every stage of trying to get an appliance repaired.The tech came for 2 mins on first visit to check fridge and said the compressor was bad and needed changing .After many frustrating call to both ge and transglobal they finally showed up 10 days later demanding I sing a waver for possible damages to my floors so that the can change compressor .I refused to sign and was told that they would not do repair,Still awaiting repairs

I had an appointment booked for yesterday morning. Transglobal called three times to confirm the appointment in advance. The technician never showed up and there was no follow up. I called customer service multiple times and was told they were escalating and would get back to me. Each time I received no response. The last time I was told to call the internal escalation group directly where I got voice mail.

Appointment was not honoured, no follow up and no rescheduled appointment.

I paid for installation of dishwasher purchased from Leon's Sherway. Delivery was confirmed last week for Thursday yesterday. We asked about installation and were told we would be called by installer, we called again as no call received. Appliances arrived yesterday, we called again. Today, I called again and was advised that someone would call me on Monday to set up a date and time. Unsatisfactory - this should have been scheduled as soon as delivery date was set. Leon's and Trans Global Service have not been open about the process. Had they told us from the beginning that our kitchen would be in pieces for day especially over a weekend we would have purchased elsewhere.

I was not contacted to be informed of anything, including the technician deciding not to come. In future I will ask who will provide warranty service and not purchase any product who uses TransGlobal. Worst. Customer Service. EVER!

Called to repair the frige....they could not find anyone on Saturday...have to wait till Monday. All food melted ! Monday, the guy showed up...ordered parts without looking clearly...come back in 2 weeks ...order more parts...return previous parts...still not fixed ! now after 1 month,...they said parts are discontinued !. I requested 2nd opinion...and the part is different than the 1st one. Have to take days off, call them , chasing them. as they don't follow up nor return call !

Called TransGlobal about fridge repair in Sarnia Ontario. They sent a technician out within 3 days to fix a problem with water dripping inside fridge from freezer drain. Tech had it repaired within 20 minutes. TransGlobal also sent me a new handle for the fridge as mine had cracked. I would purchase their extended warranty again as this repair was right around the time the manufacturers warranty expired.

Never buy anything from the brick. I was luck i was at home
When my fridge caught on fire. If i didnt catch it on time my house would of went up in flames
The extended warrante that we bought is a waste of money
Heads up people dont get pushed around by transgloble warrante and dont ever buy warrante from the brick or appliances

I have contacted them for a repair service for my LG fridge. Mechanics does not know what he is doing. My fridge never fixed and ended up paying couple of hundreds bucks. Good luck when you try to call them to complain. They have few names some called Mid Northern Appliance. All of their mechanics have blocked or private numbers. They do not follow up.

Best supervisor in the service industry. He resolved my problems with my dishwasher in a professional and timely manner. This man is gem in the field. Transglobal is an excellent company. Highly recommend.

DO NOT call these people for service of any kind.
The "technicians" are useless, will make up things as they go along, will tell you they will call you back, they will not.
You will have to hunt them down, wasting your time calling them back, and will only get attitude and unsatisfactory service.
I put half a star because it would not let me leave 0 stars.

Their first service call they did not fix the problem. The second visit they said they'd call back ... they never did. They kept telling me to wait 24-48 hours ... but then they don't call -- You have to call them ... On the third week of no service a woman gave me attitude and told me that even though my air conditioner (which was still under warranty) leaked all over the floor that it was operating correctly and that they suggested i pay for a hose to fix the problem. Huh?

Sorry guys but this has been really bad service. If you had fixed the problem you wouldn't get this bad review.

i have had major problem with the technicians and customer service at transgloble . You think you buy extented warrenty to avoid all this hassel but it has not in my case.. Worse is they say they will phone you back and never do and when you phone repeadtly because they are not returning your calls the receptionist give attitude and run around.My ordeal has been goin on since March 11
i will never will deal with these people again(once i get paid lol)
