backstabbing by senior employee and nurture by employer well planed strategy between senior worker and employer and implemented on new employees, to work your self to death !! , I regret all effort I've put into this company. managements also discriminate among employee , Dissatisfied workers, worse turnover rate! Incompetent place to work and would never go back if my life depended on it. I ended up quitting
