I was totally satisfied with ever aspect of our service. I give the two young men who put the ac in a #10. Their names are Mike and Jimmy, they were so efficient, polite and kind. The young man who wrote the contract up (Matt) was a nice gut too. I will refer your company to anyone who needs a service such as yours! Top of the line!

Just wanted to let you know that Adam W was one of the best technicians we had to our home he fixed our ac that another company had destroyed and has never had problems since I want him at my house all tech time for my ac issues.

We have lived in the same home for 35 plus years. Since losing my husband, one thing and another has gone wrong. My daughter lives with me and helps care for me, and we live on a fixed income. We have resorted to using many repair and maintenance companies with numerous disappointments. It is comforting to know that one company we can count on over the years is Scott's for our air conditioning, heating, and plumbing needs. They have restored our faith (especially with the recent cold spell) in businesses caring for their customers.

Today I was visited by Scotts One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. The Technician, Dave R. was very professional. He took the time to thoroughly go through my entire system and service the equipment. After the service, Dave took the time to sit down with me to review the performance of my system and review the equipments numbers. Dave made a few recommendations for my consideration but never acted like a stressed salesman in trying to sell me something I did not need. Well done to Dave R.

I just wanted to send a note expressing thanks for your professional service during the latest issue we had with our heat pump / condenser and air handler coil. We appreciated your prompt arrival on Sunday evening 10/24. We also appreciate you working within our schedules and returning Wednesday evening 10/27 to finish the job. Because of you, we are back to enjoying our cool house.

We had the main installers out to our home. ( Osidro Reyes & Xavier Sanchez ) With utmost care and customer service we got an efficient and huge job done with ease. The two men were gentlemen and worked diligently to get the job done. There was a nice conversation between us. Their great customer service and work ethic reminded me why I always call One Hour Air. I would recommend them to every one.

I know there are a lot of horrible reviews out there for Scott's, but this is one that cannot be refuted! I had a situation with my A/C a couple of days ago and tried to fix it myself. The return duct came off the end of the air handler. I got some aluminum duct tape, mastic, and mesh tape. I air sealed the duct, but the air never cooled. After checking some of the basics, I figured it was a Freon leak. It was. My wife called out Scott's, and they sent tech Mark Massey. I was at work but was able to talk to him during his repair and he was very honest and informative (as I ran his info through a friend of mine from another state that is in the HVAC industry). He charged the lines and used dye to find the leak assuming it would take a while, he left and said he would be back to check and in the meantime if it runs high again to call back. It took only 12 hours to lose the charge. We called him back out and they scheduled the window from 12pm -4pm. There was a mix-up in the communication to him and he never showed. I got a call from Scott's at 4:26pm saying he was on the way. So they didn't even call me until after the 4pm window. He arrived at about 5:20pm was very professional and informative explaining the repairs and costs involved. He finished in about an hour and then I asked him about the "If we are not on time, You don't pay a dime guarantee" And he realized the scheduling mix-up, called his boss Scott, and a few minutes later conceded the repair charge due to the On Time Guarantee. I was very surprised and honestly did not expect this level of customer satisfaction form any company in any industry. Over a $1,000 repair "comped" due to the dispatcher's error. We are signed up for the PM membership and hope that in anytime we do need Scott's they send Mark Massey as a tech. Mark was fully professional, and more importantly never threw anyone "under the bus". He always used the word "we" when representing the situation. I am in the restaurant industry, so I truly know the cost involved with comping food or services. This is why I choose Scott's over anyone, they "walk the walk."

They were helpful. competent and got it all done in one day. Would definitely use them again.

My condenser fan quit running and of course on a hot day. I called around and Scott's was the first to say they would be there within two hours. Friendly tech arrives, immediately diagnoses the problem and fixes after going to get a new fan motor.
Bottom line is I had my AC unit back on line four hours after making the phone call!
A little pricey is why the four stars instead of five. Having AC for the wife was worth it.

I commend your technician, Daniel Sipe. All of your technicians may be as high of standard as he, perhaps this is the excellence one gets with Scott's One Hour A/C&Heating. If so, I am thankful to be with this company. I don't know if I can condense my reasons as to why I like Daniel so much, but mainly I feel he is a master at his trade, and I feel comfortable and secure that he will take care of my A/C & Heating situations. My comfort is not only in his superior service, but I feel his honesty and integrity are beyond measure. I do not feel pressured into getting something I do not need, and I know in my heart, that he is looking after us and our finances as much as our A/C & Heating system. I have dealt with shady techs from other companies in the past and I hate being a victim to their dishonesty, but I do not have that worry with Daniel and Scott's One Hour. I know you guy's are a bit more expensive than some competitors, but that peace of mind is worth it. You get what you pay for. Thank you for that security and peace of mind, it means the world to us and thank you for employing someone like Daniel! He is worth every cent that he is paid and more!! When we get out of debt, we hope to sit down with Daniel and work on getting a brand new system. He is the guy for the job! He has gained my trust and respect. Thanks Again!

I had a friendly, professional pair of installers, who installed an AC system for me today. The duo began work as soon as they unloaded the equipment and were fast and efficient all during the installation. They answered any questions I had without any hesitation and were polite as well. They cleaned up after their self and were extremely thoughtful when they needed to come in and out of my home. All promises from ordering the service, to what was agreed on were fulfilled without a glitch and we are very impressed with this company business

Larry McKnight and Kevin Newan did a truly outstanding job in the installation of my system. The concern and professionalism was evident in all they did. I appreciated the interest given to questions I had, and desire for my satisfaction.
