I had a bad experience at there Trinity mall location in Brampton.
My sincere advise to all new customers is that check with your insurance company regarding there benefits plan before buying any glasses from kanda optical. Otherwise you'll be pressurized by the sales staff to buy glasses right away from your own pocket. And claim later to thr insurance company.
And if your insurance plans doesn't cover prescription glasses you'll be on hooked.

i have had the pleasure in visiting the milton location of kanda optical and they were extremely helpful and polite!! i purchased a few glasses and was definitely worth the drive! nthey had so many ideas to offer and made it very easy for myself. i have already sent friends and family there and will definitely never go anywhere else. thanks kanda optical!! I am so happy i found a place i love and your store is beautiful!! i will be coming more often thats for sure!
