I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. Never in my entire life have I had such an awful experience from any retailer of any capacity. My mom placed an order for a bathroom vanity at the very beginning of June. We found this vanity on Sears.com, after having a very difficult time finding a vanity that fit our needs. We got an email saying that it would be coming from Cabinet Mania, ok sure no problem. Cabinet Mania said they would send us an email when it shipped.

An entire month went by with no emails from Cabinet Mania, so my mom decided to call and email. It took another week and a half before she ever heard back from anyone. They apologized for the inconvenience and were going to look into whatever the issue was. They said they'd send another email once our vanity shipped. Another two weeks go by, still no vanity or update.

My mom emails them again, asking what the hold up is, and also asking to just cancel the order because at that point it had been almost two months since the order was placed. Whoever she spoke to said they were "recruiting the help of more people to find out what the problem is and where the vanity is." No one seemed to know where the vanity was or if it had even been shipped!!!! My mom said again, just cancel the order.

Finally only about a week or so ago, we receive an email that says your vanity has been shipped. So a few days go by, and we click on the tracking number just to be sure it is actually in transit this time. Except the tracking number is "invalid" according to FedEx. So we call FedEx and they say they have nothing listed under our last name or under that specific tracking number. My mom proceeds to call Cabinet Mania and her credit card company and demand they cancel the order. At this point we are willing to spend double the money of the original vanity just so we don't have to keep dealing with this annoyance. Cabinet Mania then sends my mom an email right away saying "thank you for returning your order" etc. etc. (the order we never even received in the first place!!!)

A few days ago, we found a vanity at a local store that was perfect so we grabbed it before anyone else could. We come home to find a slip from FedEx saying that they tried to deliver the vanity from Cabinet Mania and sorry they missed us. Are you kidding me!???????

I will never in my life order anything from your joke of a business ever again. I've warned plenty of other people about this disaster as well. Your customer service is horrendous, your claim that you "ship free within 10 days on ALL orders" is completely fraudulent, and you wasted literally two months of our time. I bought a condo back in April and have been in the process of renovating it. I could have moved in well over a month ago but was waiting on this bathroom vanity that I thought would have been here by the end of June/early July. How is someone supposed to live in a one bathroom condo with no vanity!??! So because of this, I haven't been able to move in and have had to put plumbers and other PROFESSIONALS (unlike yourselves) on hold. It has been a complete and utter annoyance for myself and many others involved. Thank you so much Cabinet Mania. You guys rock!

They are a total fraud. Very responsive before the order and nothing afterwards. I was suppose to get a refund for an order and they are completely ignoring me. Google cabinet mani and fraud and the real views will appear.

Actually I'd give Cabinet Mania a zero rating. It took 5 months to get our kitchen cabinets. I tried almost everyday the last 3 months to contact them. They would not answer their phone or return any of my messages. I also left as many emails with no response. The only time I did get an email from them was 3 times when they said my order had shipped, Unfortunately the order had not shipped. I finally contacted the Better Business Bureau who helped me get my cabinets. If you are not in a hurry and don't mind there lack or no communication, this is your company.

I'm an interior designer working on rehabbing properties with a very tight budget. Due to my knowledge of kitchen design, the website and cabinetry selections were very easy to navigate and I was easily able to select the various components needed to create a designer kitchen on a budget. I have received door samples in a timely manner and am very happy with their quality! I will definitely be using them as a valuable resource going forward for both rehab properties and personal clients.

The kitchen designer took our measurements and ran with it. She gave us a great design, under our budget, and made sure everything last detail was taken care of. I loved that the software allowed us to see a detailed vision of what the kitchen would look like. All I had to do was click a few buttons and our kitchen was on it's way!

Placed order on Nov 4 2016 delayed because of Memorial day, Next delay was Christmas and waiting for a container, No response since then, emails unanswered along with no phone messages returned. BBB no longer lists this company in good standing

Katherina, the kitchen designer was awesome. Her insight and ideas made for a simple process and the end result met all of my expectations. Jed's help with technical/assembly questions was invaluable. Joselyn in customer service always kept me up to date from placing the order to delivery and beyond. I highly recommend the RTA Store to anyone in the market for new cabinets.

I'd just like to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated all the help you provided through the process. This was a HUGE project for two do it yourselfers. You made everything go smooth from design assistance to ordering to delivery in flawless AWESOME customer assistance. Your product truly is exceptional and i was quite worried doing something like this online. I PUT all cabinets together myself in one day. My husband and I DID all the work ourselves completely moving our kitchen to a totally dif. room. The wood quality and beauty of these cabinets have everyone that has seen them in awe and are in shock when we tell them that we did this ENTIRE project for under 7500.00. We could not have even gotten particle board cabinets from Home Depot for that price then alone reconstruct and build a whole new kitchen. I cannot say enough to show my gratitude. Sarah O' Neil the store manager was very responsive and supportive. He made us an offer we could not refuse (the discount) to place the order and then, because the samples had not arrived, reported he would hold the filling of the order until the samples arrived and we confirmed the Regency Ginger selection. As it turned out, the color was perfect! We have subsequently informed our middle boy of our purchase and the quality of your cabinets. (He helped us with the shipping unloading.) Earlier this year he had a baseboard hot water elbow fail and the subsequent flood of hot water destroyed his ground floor ceiling and walls with water damage. He was about to order cabinets to replace those destroyed by the water, and changed his mind after seeing our cabinets. He also worked with Casey and made his order yesterday. We also have one more kitchen in our extended family that will be renovated later this year or early next year, and your cabinets will be the center p oint of that project, too. Nice job, Sarah!!!!

After a lot of shopping and looking to remodel our out dated kitchen, I saw the Cabinet Mania on google. Went to the sites and my wife and I liked the looks and price of one of the types of cabinets that were listed. I started building my plan and laid everything out. I ordered the samples that we wanted to see and made our choice, that sample really helped out. I reached out to there design and work with them on what we wanted and the spaces we had and they helped me lay it all out and created a part list for the order.
Thank you Angela for helping us create an amazing kitchen on a budget! the site was intuitive enough that I was able to do most of the planning myself, but the design help definitely caught details that I missed and was a huge help!

The quality of the cabinets looked to be very good. I received 3 different online cabinet bids. All were very close in price. The designer, Cabinet Mania was by far the best out of the 3 different companies. With free shipping & a sale discount, this was the best choice. Compared to other RTA options: Quality of cabinets - durability of finish on the aspen white shaker. Your sample price & return policy encouraged me to order a sample and see for myself. Also staff professionalism increased my confidence in the company...[Also] Have found staff, including but not limited to Andrew, to be prompt and knowledgeable when answering questions. It's reassuring, and one has a lot of questions when using RTA.

Originally, I checked out all the limited sources in our area. Nothing appealed to me either bc of price for what I liked or couldn't find anything that attracted me. [Our kitchen cabinets were all hand made by a furniture builder, to look like 1800's scrub pine.]

After giving up, I checked things out at Home Depot, everytime I went in there. No one to help me….and really not seeing anything I loved. Only bc I wanted my laundry Room DONE, did I break down & buy 2 double door wall cabinets, in unfinished wood, at the Home Depot. Very inexpensive. As soon as they were unloaded & sitting in the garage I hated them. So, back they went.

I then began a new Search online for something….anything that might suit me. And there you were! I found just what I wanted, called & spoke with Monica & went from there. Bc Monicawas so patient, knowledgeable, knew the product & could make smart recommendations, did I choose to go with Cabinet Mania I NEVER buy online. Monica not only listened to me, he HEARD me. This is huge! I am one of tons of online customers, I don't doubt that….he treated me as though I were walking into her store front & as small as my order was, I felt like a valued customer.

I liked the quality of the cabinets (wood vs particle board) offered vs Home Depot.The product looked sturdy. I received a sample and the quality looked good. The price was right too. I was even able to get a better sale price when it went on sale in the middle of my order process. Angela was excellent!!

Price. Also, a buddy of mine had recently purchased through Cabinet Mania and was happy with his purchase. If not for him vouching for the product and customer service, I wouldn't have been willing to buy them even though they were significantly cheaper than the other cabinets I was considering.
