When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Morris. I took a Jeep Cheerokee out for a test drive and loved it. So I baught one. I love this vehicle. Morris is a very friendly sales associate. I was treated very fair and nicely. He is very knowlegable and showed me how to use everything in the vehicle before I left. I would recommend that anyone ask to deal with Morris here. Art has always been my salesman since I first when 1 bought my Journey and now my Grand Cherokee. Although he has many customers he takes the time to ear your concerns and makes us feel that you are important and will try everything to make you happy. I often stop to say hi when getting our service. Art also takes great care of us when I need to make service arrangements. I did and still recommend Art to all my friends and he will continue to be the first salesman I talk to when I will be looking to upgrade my or spouse vehicle.

Well we bought our van from them. We decided to upgrade to a truck and thought we would get the same service as when we bought the van. Well that didn't happen. Roo was our sales guy. He wasn't that bad. They got me into a truck that I wanted but later learned it wasn't what I really wanted. It was too late to do anything about it so now I'm stuck with it for 5 years. I won't be going back to them when it's time to get the wife a new SUV.

Art was our salesman when we bought our van a few years ago. Although he has many customers he makes us feel that we are the only ones that matter when we stop to say hi when getting our service. Art also takes great care of us when we need to make arrangements to get where we need to go when we drop off the van for service. I wanted a lot of options in our truck,and a certain color.they didn't have the exact truck but found one for me and had it there the next day. Awesome service all round. I dealt with Derek P. The service was awesome. They even brought one of the girls over to help my mom watch my kids to take a test drive. Nothing was a surprise, everything was explained and they even delivered it to me an hour out of Winnipeg which saved me a trip in with the babies!! So they made it very easy and convenient for me. I had wonderful service!!! I dealt with Derek P. Because I had both my babies with me and it's so hard to move around car seats and my mom who was with me was not able to take care of both of them at the same time, they even brought someone over to help mom watch ky kids so that I could test drive a van. I had an apt so they just finished up everything for me as I had to leave. I was able to do everything over the phone or email so it made it extremely convenient for me!! And they delivered an hour out of Winnipeg so it saved me a trip dragging my girls out yhat evening to!! I can only say they do try their best to make it a pleasant and convenient transaction and experience!! I will definately give them my business again!! Thanks Derek and all the other staff who helped out!!!

Don't know what happened to customer service but its not here! We made our deal after several hours of discussions but left thinking we should have gone elsewhere. Salesman asked for a deposit before taking offer to Sales Manager--never heard of such a thing so it didnt happen; then tried to ding us for $399.00 for document prep. fees?? We paid cash so thats BS to; although I understand most Winnipeg Dealers try and tack this on. Then there was $169.00 for tire nitrogen and $249.00 for window etching which they would try and add to the agreed purchase price, that didnt happen either!
After deal was made, never saw the salesman again and Finance Manager left us sitting in office to the point where we finally said "I guess we're done" so we got up and walked out. In all a very different car buying experience and as a returning customer disappointing to the point where I doubt we will go back. Still waiting for the factory order to arrive so will have to go back one more time, hopefully pickup will be a more positive experience, as for recommending this dealership to family and friends--don't think so!

I owned an 08 Ram 1500 back in the day and I would always go to Winnipeg Dodge for my service. I went to Winnipeg Dodge last weekend and purchased a brand new truck and the service was great. Drew was a great help and Greg was very good in the finance department and helped us out alot.

I dealt with both Drew in the negotiation process and Emery for delivery. They both exhibited a high degree of professionalism. Talking with Drew both on the phone and in person he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and was patient with me in the selection process. Other dealerships I had been to when I made the decision to purchase a new vehicle were unwilling to negotiate, wanted an obscene amount of money as a down payment and the monthly payments would have forced me into financial hardship. Drew was very proactive in negotiating with his boss of the cost of a vehicle to bridge the gap between the monthly payment that fit my budget.
On delivery Emery came out and greeted me and kept me abreast of what was going on. Deficient of some of the required paperwork to complete the deal he did not hesitate to get on the phone and call to get it done while the rest of his staff were busy with other customers. After the dealership had closed he was very methodical and thorough in discussing warranties and terms of the contract with me and making sure I was fully aware of the paperwork I was signing. Well after they had closed he made me feel at ease promptly answering any questions I had and made sure I understood what I was signing. For my future automobile needs I would not hesitate in dealing with either of these gentlemen again.

Deals! Deals! Deals! I can't believe how much money me and my family saved going to Winnipeg Dodge. Excellent sales team, wonderful service department. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle!!
