We are very pleased with the professionalism and quality of work that Lennox has provided for us.

Everything about the experience was top notch. From the beginning Jacob our sales person was able to come out around our busy schedules and give us a quote. I had other companies come out to quote the roof but this was different, Jacob educated us on the whole process and the different options. He was never your typical "pushy" sales person instead he walked us through the process from financing options to the different types of roofs and what the company he represented was all about. Further through the whole process he was available for any questions we had and he was completely upfront with us about costs, the process and what we should expect from Lennox Builders. When it came to installing the roof it was scheduled for Friday but with the forecast calling for rain I received a call from the project manager for my roof informing me they were going to push the project back till Saturday because they would not want to put my house at risk of getting rain on a roof that was midway through a replacement. On Saturday morning the team got to my house, they were extremely professional and careful to make sure nothing was damaged during the process, they even put tarps over over out bushes and walkways. The team even went above and beyond and pushed a car that's battery had gone out deeper into our driveway to keep it out of the way of any thing that could come off the roof. When the job was finished the only thing that had changed was a new roof, they did not leave a single nail or shingle behind. Not only does the roof look amazing the entire experience was extremely easy and I was amazed at how quickly the team got the roof done. I would highly recommend this company especially Jacob to anyone looking for a new roof or other home improvements. They were extremely professional through the whole process from initial sale to completion of the job.

Definitely. Their sales person (Paul) is very knowledgeable and you don't feel like you are being pressured, or worse negotiating a price like other companies. Paul also returned my call on a Sunday night. I also talked to the owner who was very accommodating.

As a senior citizen, it's hard to find a contractor that I trust, but Lennox came out and did a great job on my attic insulation. They weren't the cheapest, but the energy savings have already been worth it.

The guys were very professional from the salesman to the workers and the process went just as they explained. The owner actually came to the house and inspected the roof himself! This was the first roof I ever replaced on my home and it only took one day! I was amazed! five stars experience for me.

I had two issues with my Lennox job performance. First, the work team was not exactly sure what the job entailed when they showed up to begin the job. Second, the clean-up was not up to standard. Lennox representative, Jacob, showed up on a timely manner and fixed the issues with the work team. He surpassed my expectations and made my experience with Lennox an excellent one. I would highly reccommend Lennox to my friends and family.

Jacob came over to my house gave me a presentation of the windows with the heated lamp and I was impressed by the quality of the window, even though my credit rating didn't go through Lenox cut me a deal that made me feel comfortable that can afford the windows, in the future when I plan on having a roof done I will get ahold of Jacob and we'll go that route, thanks again Lennox and for sending such a nice representative explained everything in detail to my satisfaction. Jacob and Paul came to my house for roof estimate. I only wanted an price to plan the project in the near future. They clearly educated me on the the company and products. They both seemed very genuine and sincere about wanting me as a customer and did everything they could to accomplish it. I ended up not planning for the future but signed the contract right then. The Christian based company is just what I was looking for. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
