We first met Duane when he came to repair damage caused in our home by an overnight leak. He was the flooring guy who had to make it all better. He brought his crew which included all super people, The head man of the crew was Paco who worked with David and other gentlemen. While doing repair to my flooring, Duane asked if he could give me a quote on the wood floor which we were planning to put down. We gladly accepted his quote and felt that it was fair so we agreed to go with him after checking two others and conferring with my son who is familiar with the flooring industry. Long story short -- Paco and his crew finished the entire job in 3 days. He made sure that he got there on time, got set up and directly to work, cleaned up as he worked. Since my wife and I are both in our 70;s, we especially appreciated their kindness, professionalism, work ethic and politeness. We will and have recommended DNA to everyone who is even thinking about having work done in their home. Good job Duane.

We have used DNA three times for our rental properties. We were unable to get to the houses and Duane helped us out with everything, picking carpet, kitchen flooring, repairs. DNA was recommended by our friend that had their whole interior remodeled by DNA.

Previous experience was very positive. In the past he had installed carpet, wood floors and new flooring in he bathroom. I had a unique problem with urine odor in my garage. Duane said he could take care of it He had all of my cabinets removed (which I truly appreciated) but was unable even after two tries to get the odor removed. I was charged for both trials and we did negotiate a lower price since the problem was not taken care of.

DNA changed out all the floors in our 8 year old home. They removed wood floors, carpet and tile and replaced it with 20 in ceramic tile set on the diagonal. Carpet was replaced in the bedrooms. It was a big job and DNA did it on budget, on time, and with great care for our existing home, furniture and property. Truly professional I would not even hesitate to call them again for any flooring need.

Several years ago I had DNA FLOORING replace the old carpet In my house. I was very pleased with there work. Since then I've had them do a complete remodel on one of my houses and new flooring in my brand new house. They are honest and they do Great work. Highly recommend them. 7 months ago

10 years ago DNA installed our tile flooring. Recently a number of tiles came loose and popped up due to an undetermined reason. DNA responded to my request and re installed the tiles at no charge. That's customer support!!!!
