Hello,
first off, everyone at the branch is real nice and helpful, yet sometimes i get told false information. I think having to pay for using a debit card is a total rip-off and I am not happy about that part of your service. So far though, everything that has to do with my mortgage is great. So hopefully my opinion can help you improve some areas of your customer service.
