I heard of Zyad through mutual friends. I was told he was a good trainer and I needed someone to help me with a new weight training program and more importantly, fat loss program.

For the past year, Zyad has been instrumental in my journey to rebuild my health. His insights and advice have helped me gain more strength and rethink the importance of proper nutrition when training. Zyad pushed me to understand that I have what it takes to push through the mental barrier that prevented from lifting heavier and continue on this journey.

Zyad is really good at pushing people without being abrasive. He's super knowledgeable and his focus isn't just aesthetics or looks - he's just as interested in his clients' overall body health.

In the two months I've worked with him, I've seen a definite change when I look in the mirror, as well as in my general strength and endurance. I have a much better sense of how to build muscle, and what to expect from my workouts.

Plus, he's just a good dude who is really easy to get along with. Highly recommended.

Zyad was my personal trainer from Dec 2014 through to May 2015 and over those 6 months he helped me far surpass all my fitness goals. Coming in I had hit a wall in terms of strength and had a very hard time building and maintaining muscle. At the conclusion of my sessions I had gained a solid 15 lbs. of muscle and increased by strength considerably (particularly upper body).

I think the main area that differentiates Zyad as a trainer is his holistic approach- he not only builds a workout specific to your fitness goals but provides a meal plan to help you achieve your goals and pays close attention to managing/ mitigating any injuries through stretching and warm-up (and connects you with therapists for further treatment if necessary).

I strongly recommend Zyad to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer. He takes your success personally and without his support I wouldn't have made the progress I have.

I've been working out with Zyad for just over six months. In the past, I had worked with six or seven other trainers, but none of them seemed to know how to steer me past a nagging, long-standing injury.

Zyad plotted a very careful course, strengthening the injured area and working in concert with my physiotherapist. I have made some serious gains, and everyone around me has noticed the difference. Zyad really knows what he is doing.

But just as importantly, to my mind, is the fact that he is a really friendly guy. Other trainers sometimes looked down on me, or even made fun of me. But Zyad treated me like a friend from day one.

If you're looking for a personable trainer, one who has the know-how to help you reach your goals, then Zyad is your man.

I've had several trainers in the past and Zyad has been, by far, the best one. He loves what he does and it shows through his passion and his attention to each client. Zyad really understands different body types, the stages they are at, and what needs to be done at each stage. He sees what muscles are lacking and need focus, and tweaks the workout to ensure the development progresses to achieve the goals of his clients. Zyad is driven by the success of his clients, not making the most $ out of each client. Highly recommend!
