After dealing with them re my late Mother, I have to say that it was most frustrating to deal with people who do not care, have no interest in your business etc. Very negative experience. We have been BMO customers at an other branch and are now in the process of changing that. Other institutions have been very much more supportive and time sensitive to our needs.
