He refunded my $89 because he said I didn't need new rollers. That was very professional. I thanked him for being honest and will use him in the future.

He also replaced ball bearings & a hinge.We bought 2 remote openers.There was an additional labor cost for the extra parts & labor which was fair.Michael was very polite & called just prior to arriving.I would use them again.

Did a great job. Completed work within an hour. Inspected door and opener and lubed all the hardware. He came well prepared with the required torsion springs. We have an insulated 16'x7' garage door which becomes extremely heavy if one of the torsion springs breaks. I wanted to get the springs changed asap so as not to put undue stress on the automatic opener. Kevin was very professional and went above and beyond the needed repairs. He was very efficient at replacing the springs and then proceeded to lubricate all of the bearings and opener hardware. He checked the door's balance and all the cables and pulleys for wear. He completed all the work in about an hour. I highly recommend West Michigan Garage Door for any repairs or installations of new doors. It was very refreshing to see someone who takes pride in their work.

The day we spoke to Wally, he happened to be in the immediate area, and came over to the house. He listened to what we wanted, made some educated suggestions, and mailed us an estimate.
