Jessica the store manager was great! This has been some of the best service I’ve received in a long time. Thank you very much for your patience and helping me understand everything. I will definitely be using Jessica and Cabinet Mania again in the future. As a matter of fact, I’ve already mentioned Cabinet Mania to a few people, and have another friend that will be redoing a kitchen in the next few months. I’ll be sending him your way.

I am very please with it and even MORE with the great customer service I had to seek repeatedly because of my contractor's lack of planning and consequent errors. Monica was wonderful! She listen to my needs, answered always very promptly and were generous with their time, trying to give me the best deal for the several little replacement pieces I needed... I will certainly recommend your company to my friends and family! Have a great Holiday Season!

Design assistance and cabinet selection with color and cabinets. Appreciated Monica's attention, patience, and responsiveness. She was wonderful in every e-mail and offered great solutions. If this job turns out well, I have another kitchen to redo with you! I would have given them 5 stars but I did get a damaged cabinet. I know things happen in shipping and Monica or the company did didnt do it on purpose, they did correct the issue and reship out another cabinet.

I liked the quality of the cabinets (wood vs particle board) offered vs Home Depot. The product looked sturdy. I received a sample and the quality looked good. The price was right too. I was even able to get a better sale price when it went on sale in the middle of my order process. Angela was excellent!!

I had to rehab a rental property that had been occupied for 16 years and basically everything had to go. I am so happy with CabinetMania.com - Virginia was great helping with the design and changes that I had. The whole experience was great, Virginia got back to me so quickly it was amazing. I was leery of ordering online but CabinetMania.com was actually more attentive and responsive than a brick and mortar store. The cabinets look great, the quality is great! The kitchen is so nice at my rental properly - I want to move there!

I found that I didn't have to sacrifice on all the details I wanted. Such as soft close doors and drawers. Also I wanted the raised panels and all plywood construction. I was able to receive all of this for thousands less than competitors.

I found out about Cabinet Mania while searching Craigslist for kitchen cabinets. I ordered samples of the cabinet doors that I was considering and was very impressed with the quality of the doors. Then I ordered just the wall cabinets, as I would prefer to do my kitchen in two parts. The cabinets arrived quickly and the assembly was as simple as it could be. I put four cabinets together in thirty to forty minutes. The cabinets are a very high quality and I am pleased with the product. I will be ordering the base cabinets after the first of the year. Thank you Cabinet Mania for delivering what you promised.

Casey Ackerman was my designer and sales rep for my order at Cabinet Mania. He was outstanding. He made changes to my design constantly at my request. My kitchen is coming along fabulously, everything fits perfectly as per design. Casey even went above and beyond when he stayed up until midnight with me to get my design perfect and get an order in on time for the big sale CabinetMania.com was having. Casey loves what he does and it shows in his exemplary work. Thanks you Casey for everything you gave us such wonderful customer service. Your time and dedication was very much appreciated.

I am in the process of renovation of a home we bought for resale. I also own rental homes. I do about 4 kitchens per year. I have exclusively used Cabinet Giant out of Kansas City for prior kitchens but wanted to try someone different as I was getting bored with their options and wanted grey cabinets for this latest project. I found you through a Google search. I took advantage of your free design help and was hooked up with your designer Vicky. I wanted to let you know that she was wonderful ! Her communication, patience, friendliness, and knowledge were top notch and made the process so much more whole and smooth. She sent me emails and responded to them on weekends and times I did not expect one. It was a great experience ! I just wanted to make sure that you know that I think she is a winner and an asset to you.
I'll order my new kitchen (and bath/laundry vanities this week).

My name is Jacqui Kraisky. We ordered our kitchen cabinets from you guys in February, just finished the kitchen and wanted to write a review for you guys. I included a finished photo as well. We ordered the Linen White. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, we really appreciate having had such great customer service with your company.

In January of this year our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. Being a past kitchen designer and understanding what would need to be done, my husband and I decided to renovate our 1974 kitchen and our entire living floor as a result. In my extensive search of the perfect kitchen cabinets. Cabinet Mania came up. I was so excited to find that they were local, family owned and operated, and I could go pick up some samples of the cabinet doors. I had drawn up my design by hand, as I do not have access to 20/20 any more, emailed it over to Jen our designer and she helped plug everything into a lay out for us to visualize. She worked with us quickly, changed things as we changed our minds, and double-checked that we included EVERYTHING we would need for our kitchen renovation. Our entire experience with The Cabinet Mania, Jen, Joselyn, and Laura to name a few, was so exceptional, I have and will continue to recommend them for years to come.

Oh Gosh! That's fantastic. I just hit 'send' on my order a few minutes ago and I'm packing up the doors. I will mail those back tomorrow because it's taken me longer than I expected to pack them. This is the best news ever. You've been so wonderful to work with and so patient with what seems like one delay after another. Also good news that my husband got a clean bill of health. He kept saying he could put the cabinets together, but I just couldn't make him do all that work on top of everything else he's been doing. He's been knocking out the backsplash and disposing of everything, tiles, etc. and will be putting in new wallboard this weekend . . . it's just gotten to be exhausting. This will really help. Thanks again.

I want to let you know just how outstanding Virginia has been throughout this whole process. I first emailed her back in Nov/Dec and have modified our plans approximately 10 times. She is always prompt, polite, and truly goes above and beyond.
It's great to find people like that when you truly are lost, and she is one of a kind. CabinetMania.com is lucky to have her.
Have a great day and please once again pass along my appreciation to Virginia for her outstanding service.

So I finally got the crown down, which means the kitchen is complete. Thanks for all the help along the way!! We saved a lot of money buying the cabinets through you and we wouldn't have been able to do this remodel any other way.
I took some pictures of the finished kitchen and the little custom things I did and wanted to pass them along to you. I took a close up shot of the crown and the light rail. I used a stainable filler at the joints and in the nail holes, then stained it with the stain I had the Sherwin Williams guy mix for me. I also wanted to show you my handy filler cabinet next to the sink. I had about 5" of space that I didn't want to waste so I put a shelf bottom in it and put hinges on the filler to make it a little cabinet. When it's closed you can't even tell it's not just a regular filler. The 3" wide fridge panel was a little too wide, so I cut about an inch off of it to give the fridge a little extra room, then stained it and put it up. The garbage slideout I bought from you was OK, but we had to open the door, then pull the garbage out by hand every time we wanted to throw something out. It was a little inconvenient. I took that out and bought a Rev-A-Shelf double pullout and installed that instead. Now it is mounted on the door so we just pull the handle on the door and both trash cans come out. We use one for garbage and one for recyclables. It cost us an extra $130 but we like it a lot.
I am also sending you a couple before pictures as well, notice where the sink and windows used to be, that was probably the toughest part of the remodel.
That is pretty much it. If you want any other pictures just ask and I can take them. And if any of your customers have any problems I can probably advise them, I feel like a pro after doing this whole job my self. Just email me if you need anything.

I wanted to express a sincere thank you for ALL of your help, professionalism and most of all, PATIENCE. You have been extremely patient in helping me to not only design the kitchen, but to also understand the nuances of how everything operates. I know you said you don't work on commission but I truly hope that you will make sure that this e-mail finds it's way to whomever it is that runs your company so that they can see that they, and you, are doing it right. There are still people out here that would gladly pass up free assembly for the same product, to get the customer service that I received from you. I am confident that my family will be extremely happy with the product and that I made the right choice sticking with you guys. I am looking forward to passing on the before and after pictures. There is still a corner of the kitchen that I plan to build a bar area in, but I want to wait and see how the space works out after all of the other cabinets are in, before I confirm a design for that. Once I get there I will be contacting you again (so you may want to prepare for this:)) to order the cabinets I will use there.

My husband and I LOVE our new kitchen and we wanted to thank your folks for a job well done. The ordering process was painless. Delivery was on time and professionally accomplished. Scott Holwick, our contractor, recommended your company for myriad reasons and we see why. We are already enjoying showing off our new kitchen to our friends and neighbors.

I had a blast designing my kitchen with Angela! SO much fun and it was definitely worth the drive from Chicago. Ordered RTA Cabinets with them and 2 weeks later they were on my door step. I was quoted from Menards $12,000 and Angela got me white shaker solid wood cabinets with all the bells and whistles for exactly $4,893.97 with free shipping. I cant wait to post pictures of my finished kitchen!! Whoo!

I honestly didnt believe how in-expensive Cabinet Mania cabinets are until I saw them with my own eyes. I visited Monica the showroom manager in Munster Indiana showroom and a few months ago and finally pulled the trigger and ordered them online. A few weeks later and $4,313.59 my cabinets where delivered. I bought the Vanilla RTA Cabinets unassembled and I couldnt be happier with how they turned out. Ill post pictures once Im done installing them

First, I'm sorry it took me so long to send this letter. I completed the kitchen in March 2016 then as you can understand other projects took over and I forgot to follow up. I received my ready to assemble cabinets first week of Jan last year. I had one 42x42 door that had some damage and Monica sent me another door right away. There was a bit of a learning curve with the first one, probably because I like to over-construct everything. After that the build was actually kind of fun. I really felt a sense of ownership building my own cabinets. Even though I didn't mill and stain them I can still tell everyone that I built my own cabinets! Everyone that comes over absolutely loves the kitchen! Almost year later now and I am still 100% satisfied with the quality and durability of the cabinets!

About the project...I built all the cabinets ahead of time and set them aside in a spare room. We started tear out the last week of Jan 2015. Like any project we hit a few problems. We found black mold under the engineered hardwood floors in the kitchen caused by a previous water leak from the refrigerator prior to us owning the home. We decided to tear it all out and lay tile. We completely gutted the kitchen up to the ceiling. We replaced all the plumbing, electrical, put in new insulation and drywall. We also did a few opening changes. The cabinets took a little over a day to install...I only had help a few days with the drywall and cabinet installation, the rest was all done on my days off. I took a breather and finished the backsplash 2 months later. The entire kitchen remodel cost around $14,263, not including appliances. The cabinets totaled $3,724. Junky partical board Kraft made from Home depot would have cost over 8k. I had estimates over $35k from other kitchen remodelers. This was my first kitchen and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
