Freedom Green Clean

I rarely leave reviews however now I feel I must. I had my carpets cleaned yesterday. Prior to service I explained my Covid 19 protocols as I have been sheltered for 4 months. They both came fully prepared and I was pleased. I positioned myself outside my condo rather than remain and try to breath through a mask. The only time I popped my head in to check, the younger guy had no gloves on. I asked what he thought he was doing and told him that my protocols were not an option. He didn't really seem to understand the seriousness of his actions, trying to tell me that they had just broken. I ended up having to ask him to leave my home. The older crew member again tried to minimize my discomfort and in fairness to him, he have behaved in an exemplary manner. After paying the bill I phoned the company to explain how furious I was. The owner seemed not to care, why should he, I'd paid the bill. No apology nothing. Because of the break to my protocols I have now had to have a cleaning company in to disinfect all surfaces. This is shabby and displays to complete lack of thought, customer service and customer safety.
I would give this firm a miss if I were you.
