Everything went super smooth, starting with the appointment request to the actual cleaning. The guy who cleaned the grout was friendly and easy going. The prices were pretty fair too. I already told my parents so they can clean their grout before the year ends. Thanks!!!

The only thing I can say is that this company did an AMAZING job on my carpet. I read a review which inclined me to call and schedule an appointment. I too, was preparing to put my home on the market and needed my carpet cleaned. Stanley Steemer could not get it cleaned. This company made my carpet look brand new again! No more heavy traffic patterns showing or soiled areas. The prices are more, but the quality of work is better. Deion the technician was superb. He even asked me as the customer if the heavy areas still looked soiled before he moved on. What better service is that from a technician - ensuring the customer is pleased. The text messages prior to your appointment & the arrival of the technician. I also appreciate the coverage they use to protect your wall & staircase to avoid the machinery scraping it up. The complimentary spot remover provided, the follow-up on the service work, all 5 star company quality. I have already started recommending this company. I don't mind paying more when the work is beyond satisfaction and the owner & technicians are pleasant and accommodating. Thank you Prime Steamers Carpet! Keep up all the equipment, products, etc. to make customers carpet look brand new again & smell good.

They arrived on time within the window included in the confirmation email. The carpet looks great, I have no complaints. Very happy with the service and the price. I would rather pay the extra money for professional service than to spend HOURS using one of those rental machines. Definitely worth the price.

Thank you for doing an excellent job. My new tenants were moving in soon and due to some issues with the previous tenants, I was not able to fix and clean that place on time. Everything was done rushing and I was worried I was not going to find a carpet cleaning company that could go within a day. When I found this company I looked it's reviews so I gave it a shot. The service was done early next morning and my new tenants were able to move in the day after without a problem.

I am so impressed by George I would recommend him to anyone. He stands by his work and does an amazing job. My carpets look fantastic, as good as new. He charges a fair rate and was able to schedule me quickly. I will never use any other company again. If only all business owners had his work ethic... Thank you George!!!

EXCELLENT! From the time I called to inquire about pricing to the time the carpets & sofas were done I couldn't have asked for more. My original appointment was on Saturday at 4:30. Kian called at 1:30 and asked if he could come early. I was just finishing up with vacuuming and picking stuff up and he showed up around 2:30. He did an excellent job, was really professional and friendly and was done by 4:30. The carpets looked great, the sofas looked great and there was no chemical smell at all. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
