We were very satisfied with the service Braveen provided us. He was very helpful and assisted us in every way he can from test driving to vehicle delivery. We will highly recommend Brimell Toyota and Braveen to our friends and family, good job Braveen!

My car had an accident and it was sent to Brimelle Toyata for repair.
The mechanics did not do their job of inspecting the vehicle due to which my car was skewing to the right and the brakes were not function properly. They only did cosmetic work.

I brought this to my insurance's and Brimelle's auto technician's attention, and then I received the worst customer service. I was appalled by their behaviour and attitude, as I am not the customer but rather a punching bag. The mechanic was rude, unprofessional, and very resentful as I found that problems with my car, and he was too worried about cause internal problem he may face.

When I asked them to repair my car to its original condition, they used a lot of car jargons, refused to fix the problem and said they want more money.

This truly was the worst experience I ever had. These guys will make you feel small, insignificant, and bully you around (if you have low knowledge about cars)

Brimelle Toyota - Practice what you preach about

1. You will be greeted in a prompt, courteous manner
2. Any services or maintenance needs you might have will be addressed immediately
3. The total charges on your invoice will be correct and match estimate given

I bought Toyota RAV 4 2016 at Brimell Toyota. After 3 month squeezing sound started when I push the break. I brought my car 3 times to Toyota service and they always promise me to fix it. I lost 3 days at work and I paid money as well. However, next day the sound was the same again. I asked to change my break pads because this noise came from them. They said that they can't change my pads , which cost $300 because my car is on the warranty. Because of non professional worker Rajen Dannie and his boss Ivan Myzzatti. I don't suggest people to use service at this dealership. I feel that they waiting until my warrantee will end. Please stay aware.

I'm glad I'm not the only one facing such horrible service from Brimelle. Their staff are very unprofessional and they need to restructure !

I bought 2008 Camry from Brimell. Car uses 3/4 litre of oil every 2000 km. The service department is very poor. I will never buy a Toyota again.

In the past 15 years I have been so hesitant to buy a car because of sales pressure. But today all of that changed. I met an awesome sales advisor David Takeda. He was so very accommodating from the time I spoke with him on the phone. He was kind enough to pick me up from my home to bring me back to toyota brimell. I enjoyed his laid-back approach and his honesty. I left Toyota with a big smile on my face and a brand-new car perfect for me! Will definitely be referring Toyota Brimell to my friends and family! Great customer service from all the staff that I encountered!

Muslim was very helpful in explaining different options for buying a car. He was able to convince me to buy a Rav4 in a day which I never thought of it. The hospitality was good. I prefer to inform my friends to visit this place if anyone wants to buy a Car.

My expectations regarding servicing of my vehicle are always met at Brimell Toyota. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Also really appreciate the complimentary shuttle service to take me to my office.

Very quick to set my car up to be looked at and got shuttled to my work place and got a taxi back to Brimell when shuttle car was running behind. Overall great experience, but they did not explain what was the issue with my car since it was covered under warranty. I would definitely ergo back for the quick service.
