Classy Gift Baskets

We were looking to send a gift basket to a friend of ours who had just come home from the hospital and we were referred to Classy Gift Baskets in Ottawa. We had purchased a couple of items already and wondered if we could include them in the gift basket my friend said she was sure it would be no problem, so I called Classy Gift Baskets.

I spoke to one of the designers and explained the situation and I was told 'no problem' just bring us the items you have already purchased and we will design a gift basket around them. I was not sure when I could get there with my work schedule but the designed told me 'not too worry if you want to come after hours I will wait for you whatever is convenient to you'.

I visited Classy Gift Baskets on Nelson Street in Ottawa (free parking a bonus), and found a delightful gift store with a great selection of products. They had gourmet products, wonderful stuffed animals, childrens wooden chairs and rocking horses and items I have not seen elsewhere.

The designer and I went through the items I had brought in and asked me if I would like her to quickly put together a sample of what the basket would look like, I said sure if it isn't too much trouble. She invited me to look around, offered me a coffee and she disappeared into the back. Within minutes she came back with a sample of our gift basket, I was so pleased with the look of what she designed and could not believe it was done so quickly. Her design was more than I could of imagined and the items I had brought in were centred in the gift basket with complimenting items around them. It was beautiful.

She suggested if I would like to wait she would finish the gift basket and I could take it with me or I could return on a day convenient to me to pick it up or she could arrange to deliver it. I decided I would like to take it with me so my family could see the gift basket we were sending. While she was finishing the basket I wandered through the store and I just couldn't resist, I picked up a Ben Babelowsky glass ornament, some wonderful bath products, an Itzbeen (only available at Classy), by the time she came back with my gift basket not only made but beautifully wrapped with a bow she had made to go on it, I had a collection of items I wanted to purchase.

I can attest to the fact that Classy Gift Baskets is more that a gift basket store, they have incredible products and great prices and I truly felt welcomed and appreciated the friendly service I received. The gift basket was beautiful and when she told me how much the gift basket was I could not believe how reasonably priced it was.

To be honest I was having so much fun looking at all the products in this relaxing atmosphere I didn't want to leave and then I spotted a diaper cake it was beautifully done, it looked like a 3tier wedding cake.

She took the time to explain how it was done, how many diapers were in the cake and how it could also be personalized. We were expecting to be grandparents in a few days and so I couldn't resist I ordered a diaper cake for my soon to arrive grand-daughter and asked if I could tuck alittle something in the centre of the cake for my daughter and once again I was told no problem.

Before I left I had a gift basket to take to my friend, a bag full of goodies and another gift basket ordered. When I got home I could not wait to call my friend and thank her for referring me to Classy Gift Baskets.

It was indeed a pleasure to visit Classy Gift Baskets, I have been back a many times now and have taken Classy's business cards to give to my friends. I have no reservations at all in recommending Classy Gift Baskets to everyone I know and I know that they will enjoy the experince of dealing with the staff at Classy as much as I do.

They always exceed our expectations and offer excellent customer service, they truly care and are very creative.
Recently we ordered a gift basket for a friend of ours and when speaking to one of the designers we mentioned some items that were favorite treats of the person we were treating with this gift basket. While Classy did not carry two of these items the designer told us she would do what she could.
When this beautiful gift basket arrived we were visiting our friend it was so beautiful she did not want to open it but did after we encouraged her to do so. To our surprise and to the delight of our friend sitting inside this gift basket were the two items that were favorites of our friend. The designer had gone out of her way to find these two items and include them in this gift. We were delighted as was our friend.
To this day she still speaks of this truly amazing gift basket she received as do we. We have told many of our friends and work colleagues of how the staff at Classy Gift Baskets went out of their way to make this gift basket not only beautiful but they personalized it to our friend.
We cannot say enough about how pleased we have been with the service we have received from the staff at Classy Gift Baskets and just when we think they can't create one better than the last they do.

So we say thank you to the staff of Classy Gift Baskets for always making us look good to our clients and our friends...if you want to send a truly 'classy gift basket' then call them...and send the best!

We ordered a gift basket from Classy Gift Baskets and in speaking to the designer we mentioned that the person we were sending the gift basket to liked particular Treats. While Classy did not carry those specific treats the designed said she would see what she could do. The gift basket arrived and inside this very unique gift basket were the specific items we had mentioned. We were Thrilled and so was the person we gave the gift basket to, it was truly designed with her in mind. Thank you so much to the designers at Classy Gift Baskets who certainly far met our expectations of what our gift basket would look like and the gourmet contents contained within. If you have not ordered from them yet well you don't know what you are missing, the person who received the gift basket is still talking about this very special gift basket.

The staff and gift basket designers certainly go over and beyond in their creativity, and excellent client service.
