Black Bow Formals

My husband and I chose Black Bow Formals after shopping around at a few other tux places. They offered the lowest price we could find and their tuxes looked great. Many other places have dry cleaned the tuxes so many times that they become shiny and it doesn't look good.

Their inventory was brand new and they offer a good selection. They also custom made the ties for our groomsmen and ring boys. Overall, we had a great experience with them and highly recommend them.

I would give this negative stars if i could.

Worst customer service EVER recieved in my life.

Went to try on tuxedo and they turned me down immediately because of my size, basically told me I AM TOO FAT and I should come back when I have lost weight.

I have never been so insulted in MY LIFE! I can only imagine if they would treat me this bad, how they would treat their other customers. My advice, stay away from this company.

The people in this store were very helpful, and they had a very good selection of tux's for my son.
