Bubbles Car Wash

If I could give it a zero I would. I spent $230 on the "scrub" package, waited 2 hours, got the truck home and had to clean it again myself. If I even thought I would get my money back, I would try. Will not ever return to this place.

What a joke! I expected my truck to look like new. After a power polish I am rubbing dirt off the tailgate, they don't use chrome polish, probably not even on paint, it is a polish thats it, not even rinse off engine. But he says for the price tag this is the best job you will find in town. I expected more than than this. Havent been here in 10 yrs and it wont happen again

I just returned from the bubbles on 51st ave and 91st street in Edmonton and I am pretty disappointed to say the least. I didn't realize that the $50 I paid for the interior and exterior wash involved putting my car through the automated wash to do the exterior as people with cloths wiped it down. I went to Bubbles because I thought I was AVOIDING the automated brushes that scratch cars--"chamois brushes" I believe is the technical term.

Well. I return to my car and drive away then after my first stop I am walking back to my car and see on the passenger side it is scratched repeatedly, in an even line, all along the front and rear doors. I am so upset about this! $50 to get my car shredded...but oh yes bubbles not responsible for any damage to the vehicle!

Wash your car yourself or go to the wand only places.

Had the worst experience ever with this joke of a place they call a car wash. I came in December 08 for a full wash inside and out, the salesman tried desperately to sell me some package that was like $150. I said no several times, and finally got my way. I walked inside to wait and got a coffee only to be pushed out of the way by an employee as i was about to pay. Then i saw my car going through the wash and there was some shady looking girl cleaning my windows and seemed to be fiddling with stereo or something, then for some reason the triple wax car polish did not come on and i had paid for it, but didn't care too much about that. Then finally the car was being dried down, i realized at that moment that i had a camera in the glove compartment and some cash in the ashtray, I was praying to God it would all still be there. A 16 yearold kid drove it out to me and just said "here", i immediately checked to see if everything was there, only to find the camera, the ashtray had been cleaned out. I was comtemplating going to the manager, but realised i probably wouldn't get anywhere. A word of warning. Avoid this place like the plague, feels like some prison camp car wash, where noody can trust anybody to do anything. Stay Away!!!!
