..doesn't deserve half star..owner is a jacka$$ ...seriously glad spiffy is open.....will never go here again..pretty sure this jerk uses this business as a tax right-off, otherwise he would probably be thankful for any customers
Was harassed by the younger guy that was running the car wash while I was scrubbing the bugs off my car. Was told to wash my car at home if I was going to be doing that. Really isn't that what a pay car wash is for?? His attitude is horrible and can't believe this place is still in business.
First off, I will admit that I made a simple mistake using the equipment. But when I asked for help I was belittled by the service attendant. His arrogance and attitude started as soon as I approached him. I didn't say that his equipment was broken, just that I was having a problem using it. He didn't simply point out what was wrong. He went so far to accuse me of being illiterate ... of course, he didn't use words with that many syllables. I ended up leaving before finishing the car wash. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE ATTENDANT!!!!

HAD ENCOUNTERED BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR STAFF GUY TODAY APRIL 03, 2011 AROUND 5PM. HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER IS VERY POOR. HE SAID US FUCK OFF AND HE STILL REPEATING THE SAME WORDS TO US WITHOUT TELLING US WHAT IS OUR GROUNDS OR ERROR...FURTHER ON THAT HE SAID ALSO TO MY HUSBAND``PLEASE LEARN ENGLISH FIRST BEFORE YOU COME BACK HERE``. IS THAT THE WAY YOU TREAT THE CUSTOMERS??? WHERE IS THE GOOD MANNERS AND THE RIGHT CONDUCT??? ...IN CASE WE COMMIT A MISTAKES, SORRY FOR THAT, PLEASE INFORM US IN A PROPER WAY AND NOT BY SHOUTING AMD KEEP SAYING FUCK OFF (IS THIS THE ONLY WORDS YOU CAN SAY TO US???)...WE`RE NOT STUPID LIKE YOUR STAFF...WE ARE REQUESTING TO PLEASE FIRE HIM OR ELSE WE WILL FILE A COMPLAINS AGAINST HIM...DESPITE OF OUR REQUEST TO FINISH TO CLEAN OUR CAR HE WAS PUSHING US AWAY FROM YOUR AREA...DO YOU THINK THIS IS GOOD???
