Regent Park Banquet Ctr

We had been to quite a few socials at Regent Park over the years and always had a great time. So when it came to booking our social and wedding, we both knew that Regent Park (RP) was the place to go! It was a great venue for our social and everyone I spoke to had a great time; they really enjoyed the hot meal they served instead of the normal "social food". Leading up to the wedding, they - RP - were very helpful. I had quite a few questions for them as I had never booked or planned anything quite like this before and they never seemed bother to answer even the "simple" questions I had for them. We had ample time to set up the night before and go through our practice runs with the wedding party. The day of was fantastic!!! They had one side set up for our Ceremony and the other side was for the Reception. The music was great and my guests couldn't believe the transformation from the social to the way it was beautifully decorated on our wedding day - all we had to do was add any center pieces and table numbers. As for the food... There are no words. My boys, still rave about the meatballs and even tell us they were better than Grandma's!!! Better not let her know this! :p Anytime I see one of my friends and/or family they continue to rave about the food. The supper buffet and the dessert buffet were met with many compliments. The only downside some people said, was that they didn't have enough room for any more food. I will definitely spread the word on how great Regent Park was to anyone who asks about our experience.
