We just took possession of our new home in Sunset Ridge of Cochrane and this was the best construction process we've ever experienced. The construction supervisor was very strict on quality and made sure the house was built perfectly, and the sales team was delightful and addressed all our concerns promptly (thanks Jeff & Ashley!). Their mortgage broker was also extremely helpful and made this all possible for us. We're ecstatic with the end result.

Highly recommend this company because they offer all the services you need when purchasing a home, this makes it super easy for first time buyers and even downsizers like ourselves. And the quality was exceptional!
