I ordered 3 neon Tetra for $9 curbside pick up and they gave me baby fry neon Tetra for $9, So expensive and one of they fry looks very stressed with damage fins.

Your Mississauga store has numerous problems regarding customer service I would like to talk to Big Al and have a meeting at his convenience regarding this matter If I cant get a reply I will take legal action against your manager and employee
I been visiting Mississauga BigAls for more then ten years. Today cashier staff Ms Pia, is the best staff BigAls ever have. She is very courteous, helpful and excellent customer service. She is updated every day what is happening in the store and she knows what is on discount, yet to experience any problem with her service compared to other staff members. I had experience some staff have no knowledge about fish, did not give any discount when it supposed to be discounted and blame their colleagues for their own mistakes. But never with Ms Pia, she knows her job and a excellent staff member of the team at BigAls Mississauga team. She should be a supervisor of the store. I am unable to sign in but my BA card nr is 723408/Laurence
Love this place. Between my buddy and I we have 8 tanks the smallest being a 20 gallon ( for our feeder fish). We spend 2-3 hours in the store per week choosing new fish and accessories for our tanks. The fish are super healthy but if by chance you get that 1 fish that doesn't do good they really help you out! Keep up the good work guys!
Every time i go to big al's, i love looking at the fish, but every time i do, their is always someone ( an employee) going to a tank and removing a dead fish or two. or even in other tanks (guppies for example) there are always like 5-10 dead ones in the tank. I hate seeing it. Or whenever i ask an employee something, they will give me false answers, for example, i was going to buy my first betta, and i was like what size of tank? and the reply i got was they can live in a little bowl just fine. I knew this wasn't the right answer, so i didn't buy one. or one time my betta died the day after i brought it back, and i brought it in, and apparently i brought the wrong receipt, so the guy at the store was like let me look on your account and see if you actually did buy it. " and he went to the register and looked on my account. he said i had purchased one betta like the one i brought, but they couldn't replace it because the receipt was the wrong one. what i don't get is why they cant replace it is they can see that I bought the betta through my account. It made me so mad. so not only do they not stick to the policy ( in my opinion) but their staff is knowledgeable, and the fish are sick. I remember when my friend and i went there, she bought 2 fish, and i bought 2 fish. we housed them in my tank over night, and when we woke up, her fish had died. They had an infection, and that infection spread to my fish, and than all my fish died, and i was so upset. I spent so much time cycling it, and i had to start over. I'm very disappointed with this place. they have such a great selection, but some things just need to change.
Great selection of fish and products. But sad to say that a 5 day and 50 PERCENT STORE CREDIT for a fish health guarantee is a JOKE!! Disappointing for a large company. Even Petsmart offers 14 day fish replacement.
These man are definitely the most blessed at blessing you with the doest fish out there, visit theses mans everyday. Love you guys!!

I love heading to Big Al's on the occasional weekend to add a fish to my tank. I find the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. I also find the fish to be healthy and and they always have a great selection.
Yes as the title goes,Big Al's way of preparing your purchased fish is guaranteed it's arrive alive 100% by providing enough oxygen in the plastic bag not to mention how the fish/fishes handled with care.Live rocks a excellent quality and very well priced together with the choices of both soft and hard live corals.Their prices are very competitive and most products are good brand names.Although I think only this location does drill hole to your glass tank for $50/hole which I think is better deal than having to do it on your own.....too risky and cost more in the end.
This place is exactly where the listing said it would be, and there is a phone number you can call. The buying and selling all happens inside a building, which is good for protecting its customers from bad weather. There is a floor inside available for walking on. All of the fish and other animals in the store are kept in containers for our convenience.
I agree completely with the comment 1. Additionally – all fish from this store survive in my aquas!
