Royal Dry Cleaners

I brought 2 pairs of shorts there and one of them have been ruined beyond repair. I requested that both get hemmed (shortened) and one came back VERY UNEVEN and unfixable. I went back to the business to complain but instead of trying to help me with the problem, they kept arguing back that it wasn't their fault.

They produced the original pieces of the shorts that were clearly even in length all the way around but somehow don't see that the shorts that THEY CUT are no where near even but wanted to call me a liar when it was right in front of them.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DRY CLEANER/SEAMSTRESS.. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
