The guys ,,, how can I put it, the were AWESOME. Very professional and great work. My basement now is dry as a bone. Great warranties as well. I am so pleased I got the chance for City Wide to do my basement. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a dry basement. It’s actually pretty cool how they do it.. We've had a terrible experience with City Wide Group. We signed a contract with them on June 17th to have a leak in our basement fixed from the outside. The contract stated that the work would start within 3-5 weeks and would be completed 6-12 days after the start of work. It's now August 27th and the job is finally complete. This company is terrible with communication. Approximately 7 weeks after we signed the contract we received a call from their salesperson Alex to tell us that their people would be there within "minutes, hours or days " to start the job, great communication! After they pulled up our interlock and did the waterproofing they said they would be back in a week to put back the interlock. Three weeks went by before we received a call from the company and it wasn't to say they were on their way to complete the job, it was the owners wife Lynn asking for payment, she wasn't even aware that the job wasn't completed, great communication! When I told her that I wouldn't pay until they finished the job, she was a little rude and not understanding at all. At no time did Lynn ever apologize for their lack of professionalism. The workers had to not only put back our interlock, they also had to repair my neighbors interlock that had started to collapse because of their work. They also broke one of our electrical outlets outside that we made them replace. We have found this to be the worst experience that we have ever had from a contractor, with their lack of communication or caring. I would never recommend this salesperson or company to anyone.

I had Chris come to quote project, he was not the cheapest but I wanted a commitment on the start and finish date. The job was done with very little disturbance to the family. The job was on time and finished as promised. The other companies were quoting less money but they were giving 10 week start dates and no complete date.

City Wide Group waterproofed my house this winter. I have to hand it to them for working through the cold, and fixing my leaky basement before it got any worse. I will let all my friends and family know how great they were.

I was very impressed with the waterproofing job that was done on my house this year. My basement has been dry ever since and everything was kept neat and clean. I would recommend the city wide group to anyone with a wet basement !!

Foundation waterproofing I was experiencing a very leaky basement in my 80 year old home. Chris from CityWide Group arranged to come over and assess the situation. He was very helpful in explaining what may be causing the leak and what action was necessary to correct it. The estimate was within range of a couple other quotes I had gathered, so I have him the green light to start.

The crew arrived a week later, on time, as promised. Let me tell you, I have NEVER seen men work so hard and restless like the crew they had sent over. They were so clean, that they would tarp over everything at the end of each day and neatly store their tools in the back yard. Once the job was complete, my interlocking driveway looked better then before they had started. My basement has not leaked since and it has been over a month since completion.
