American Clean Air Heating

We had problems with our furnace last Friday. I called American Cool and Heat the next morning.There was a tech at our home about 2 hours later. He diagnosed our problem (we needed a new blower motor) and fixed it. He cleaned the lines, and replaced our humidifier filter, and made recommendations for things we could do to keep it clean. When he installed the new motor, he tested the air flow at several place in our home, to make sure everything was set properly. He was thorough, efficient, and professional. We were quite impressed with the level of service, and would recommend American Cool and Heat!!!

I requested service for my water heater that broke the night before. American Cool and Heat repairmen came when they said they were going to come. When they investigated my situation they provided guidance on next steps. They could have been like other companies and not investigated, and just replace parts.  I appreciate there honesty.  Even though I was not a customer this time.  They will definitely get my business in the future.

We had a new Carrier furnace and Carrier air conditioning installed by American Cool and Heat this week.The tech who did the install is a person who takes pride in his workmanship, and it shows in the install that was done. I have used American Cool and Heat several times over the last 3 years and have always found them to be honest and fairly priced.  For someone with limited knowledge on the working mechanics of a furnace and A/C, I could have very easily been talked into more expensive repair options.  Every person that I have interacted with from the company was knowledgeable, honest and gave me options ranging from least to most expensive.  I would highly recommend American Cool and Heat.

Two years ago we had American Cool and Heat install the ductless air conditioners in our home. We were very happy with the work and when we decided to install the same system in the apartment in our home we called them to do it.The tech was very professional and so were the men who did the work. We never had any problems with the first installation and I would recommend them if you want to install ductless air conditioners.Thanks again,guys!!

This is hands down the best experience I have ever had with any company! My wife and I have four young children, one of which is a baby.We had a problem with our heater and I called American Cool and Heat. The tech let me know he would be there in an hour. American Cool and Heat installed a new A/C unit and heater last week... Answered every question I asked and every answer came quick, thorough and honest. The price for the quality equipment was right on. We had an electrical service panel installed in our garage, which was well worth the price paid. They went out of their way to ensure I was happy with the work performed! Today I had a hot water heater installed by American heating and air ,they couldn't have sent a better servicemen ,they came in and installed it in an hour or so , cleaned up after the job was done .Just had a floor installed right before the heater went ,men were more concerned for the floor than I was . VERY professional , I'd use them again in a Heartbeat .

My heater wasn't working for whatever reason and I needed to have someone out to take a look at it. I was faced with the task of finding a company to call.My neighbor recommended American Cool and Heat,so I gave them a call. The tech was here within the promised time frame and went right to work. He quickly was able to diagnose the issue I was having with my heater and got it working again! It turned out that the flame burner had accumulated build up and only needed to be cleaned...which he did free of charge. I appreciate the honesty I received from American Cool and Heat regarding the issue. THANK YOU!

Excellent service provided by American Cool and Heat. Arrived 10 minutes early, was in and out in 20 min flat. Replaced the failed part on AC, and checked unit for any additional problems. Knowledgeable and friendly, fair price for service. Highly recommended!!
