It got so bad with these guys that my co-workers and I would just ignore computer problems that would usually require I.T. support because it was less of a hassle to ignore the problem than to deal with them over and over again, while not solving the problem. A couple of my favourites
1. A co-worker was having a problem with printouts not matching the Print Preview. Their solution was to replace the monitor, which (BIG surprise) did not fix the problem.
2. Sending e-mails confirming that the ticket I had logged had been successfully closed . . . even though nothing had been done.
3. One time I was waiting on them to fix my computer and so I was working on a different computer in the office. They remotely accessed the computer that I was working on (instead of the one that needed fixing), and started trying to replicate the error. After a long battle for control of my mouse, I typed a message on the screen saying that this was the wrong computer, and then called them to let them know that they were on the wrong computer. Their response was that the person assigned to this issue was on the phone with a different client. When I asked why someone from their company was accessing my computer if no one was working on my ticket, after a lengthy hold they informed me that he WAS in fact connected to my computer, but had a call with another client and would get back to me later.

These guys did the support at the company I worked at, and it was the best service I ever experienced. I was looking them up for my new employer.
