Terrible communication trying to call before delivery. I have already had to travel from north London as other people have pointed out and covid19 is just another excuse for most people it seems

They do one attempt then send your parcel to 1 Cuddy Crt. For me I live in the north end totally out of my way. Not open weekends. Everytime I see Puralotor for pickup I cringe. For merchants shipping to customers in London Ontario don't piss off your customers this way.
Whenever I try calling - which has been multiple times - the phone just rings, and rings, and rings... Do they not know how to answer a phone?
Despite being "told" (by going to the on-line tracking site) that my parcel would be delivered on a certain date, three days later I'm still waiting. This was during the period that a postal lockout was possible and Purolator was extra busy. Attempts to reach their customer service department were met by an unhelpful recording and then a rude hang up so I couldn't even find out if I could pick my package up some where. Not the kind of business I would deal with again.
The location is further than the airport. They require you to pick up in very specific times (5pm-7pm) they do not try to deliver more than once. They also did not even knock as I was home when they tried to deliver... Car in the driveway and everything.
This is the absolute worst option for shipping in London, picking up @ the airport is easier than picking up @ Purolator... The customer service is the absolute worst.
I asked if my package could be left at the door they said the only way is for my to leave a note on the door saying I do not require a signature.... I live in an area with a lot of pedestrian traffic that could read that note from my door, essentially telling them, I am not home, take my package when it arrives....
Please ship via ANY other method than Purolator. I would rather pick my package up literally ANY other location in London than this as this is sooooo far out of the way with poor service, and a terrible business model.

This is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with, there is lack of caring and lies from everyone. I have called customer service for three days straight and they tell me the item will be delivered and that the London Depot will call. They didn't call at all on Monday so I called back on Tuesday at 8:30am to be told that they have informed London to call me. 2:30pm on Tuesday I call again and again am informed that London will call me, they even state that they sent an email that they confirmed that London has opened and I will be receiving a call within the hour. It is now 2.5 hours later and London has still not called.
I have been going to this location for over 7 years. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They even called to let me know that UPS delivered a package there for me, although that was a mistake of the shipper. Since they knew me, they gave me a call and accepted the package until I got there. They are always patient when I've missed filling a spot on the form or if I did something wrong. They are also good with my 2 employees. Excellent work Purolator Cuddy Court Team!!
First package was delivered to the WRONG address and left on the step for whoever wanted it. Second package NEVER showed up to the door, yet was unable to be delivered. Can't pick up on a Saturday, since they must be really tired and can't work a few hours on the weekend. What a pile of garbage.
Purolator operates on a level of incompetence unknown to man. In London, ON they never answer their phone. How the hell can I talk to a real, live human? Do you have any? And by the way, your "central location" of Cuddy Court is in an industrial park and takes forever to get there and back. This is not convenient for the customer. Yet, they 'can' send a package to their associate location of Post It on Adelaide for those in North London so why don't they automatically do this???

OPENED A BUSINESS ACCOUNT DEC 2/11.....NOW DEC 21 AND THE REP THAT WAS TO COME BY TO INTRODUCE HIMSELF AND PROVIDE REQ'D FORMS ETC. HAS STILL NOT SHOWN. SECOND REQUEST WAS SENT...STILL NOTHING....THOUGHT I'D TRY PHONING....NOW THAT'S A JOKE !!!!!

I pick shipments up here on a regular basis and the staff I meet are always personable and efficient.
When packages are delivered to my home the driver always leaves a door hanger behind.
None of these types of business want to answer phones any more, though I wish they would too.

I tried calling this location for a few hours and nobody picked up the phone. How can a business such as Purolator not have someone answering the phone?!?!
And the driver went to my house and left nothing indicating he had came by and that my package had arrived and where I could pick it up. The only reason I knew where the package was is because I made the effort to track it online. Something I'm sure not everyone does.

the site is always buggy or down for maintenance, by the time its up i have already missed my delivery attempts. i wish they would leave a message or a sticker note so i know they have actually been there. im starting to consider paying extra just to get my supplier to ship to me with a different service. please hear my cries and make your site more user friendly, one tip would be to make contacting the depot easier as they never answer the phone. its 2011 get an answering machine.
Purolator tracking had claimed they had made several delivery attempts, including times when I was home. No card or other notification ever left, no evidence that any delivery attempt had been made. Direct phone to depot not answered; 1-888 company rep explained that "of course they would never answer their phone if they were busy, so they must be busy." Customer rep gave long song and dance about how it was impossible (?!) to contact depot, and finally consented to sending fax (?) to them about the situation. As it is my "couriered" package is several days late - virtually all that time sitting in the London depot. (The shipment itself took no time at all.)

I went to pick up a package at Cuddy Crt that needed to be picked up that day (on day 7 - was out of town). I didn't know my second order had come in that day also. The girl gave me the package that had just come in and let the other get returned the following day, though both would have shown up on the computer when I was there. She didn't apologize and blamed me for not having my order # with me, even though she had no problem looking up my orders using my name & number. The rudeness was unbelievable & I will never order from anyone using Purolator again. The company I ordered from said they were dealing with tons of complaints with Purolator but were only using them because of the postal strike. Also, trying to call Cuddy Crt was impossible as the phone was never answered. Calling Purolator was no help. The problems with their customer service need to be addressed. The first day I went in there was a couple at the desk complaining and also getting nowhere.
the driver is rude. he does not want to wait for more than a minute. the overall service is equally horrible. they'll give you all day time range (9am-5pm) and you need to keep your phone free for that duration if you live in a place with buzzer entry. in the pick up location they will rarely pick up the phone. please avoid their service if you have another choice.
