We are fortunate enough to have carpeting sold to us by Dwayne and installed by Dan and his team. This being the end of a unpleasant renovation project our expectations were low and anticipated a lot of hassles.
Our salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful and the product arrived ahead of schedule.
Installer Dan and his team was wonderful. Very respectful of our house and nuisance cat who was involved in the entire process.
Would not hesitate to use again.

This person did not want to help at all when I dropped by at 16:45 to pick up a small box of laminate tiles. Then when I left he told me Have a nive F...ing night.

What a good reception and respect to customers.

Crappy customer service from their hardwood department...took 7 months to get someone in to fix the flooring they put down 2 years ago. Would not recommend.

Good quality product and courteous personnel

Excellent deals. Lots of end of remnants for vinyl flooring and carpet. Staff very helpful and courteous.
