I bought a bed for my son 12 weeks ago and it is still not here. When we initially purchased the bed we were told it would be 6-8 weeks. After 9 weeks I went in to find out what was going on. I was told "next week." Two weeks later, still no bed and no contact to let me know what was happening so I went in again and was told next week again and that they would call me Tuesday. It now Wednesday and I'm being told tomorrow. There has been a complete lack of communication on their part. I understand that things happen and there can be delays but a big part of customer service is communication which this company is sorely lacking.

My 80 yr. old mother bought a dishwasher from this company. We felt comfortable at point of sale as they said they stood behind the products they sold and gave good service being a family company. Well things fell apart when it was installed incorrectly preventing the door from closing tight enough to complete the wash cycle. After two visits from the serviceman we decided this was not ever going to be right. After speaking with the service manager for over an hour I could see we were up the river without a paddle and they would leave us there. I waited until the Owner was back from holiday and told him what I wanted for my Mother and he agreed reluctantly . We arranged that he would be there when my sister brought Mom in to pick out another better quality d/w well the owner was not there and again the Service Manager was there giving them a hard time . He even accused my Mom of causing the problem. After much time my Sister had to give him a 15 min time limit to decide to credit my Mom with her purchase and sell her a better one which she was willing to do or just credit her account. Well they finally did credit Mom but did not sell her another machine. So Mom went to another company and bought a far more superior machine. Here is the kicker though they refused to refund the installation costs of the first machine Mom had her new machine installed after the Pappy machine was removed by their serviceman . Can you believe it about a week or so after that was done Pappy's actually called Mom to see if it had been removed. Not such a great company to deal with. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone for anything. Very disappointed as we do try to help the little guy but these dealings were less than pleasant.
