Nabil was super informative and helped me find the perfect bed set. I received my purchase 3 weeks ago and delivery was excellent. I am very happy with my purchase and I would not have been able to find the perfect mattress without Nabil's help. I went to multiple other stores and had no luck. He listened to my needs and concerns, then gave me excellent recommendations.

I purchased two mattresses recently. Nabil my salesperson was very helpful. He guided me on a tour explaining in detail everything we looked at. At first I was thinking that choosing a bed, something very personal to feel would be very difficult to do without actually trying, however Nabil made the shopping experience pleasant. I was able to confidently choose beds. What I appreciated most was his calm demeanor and that he seemed genuinely interested in finding me what I was looking for. Thank you Nabil.

I recently bought my home, living room furniture( very nice and comfortable recliners). Nabil was my sales Rep, I really had a very good experience. I was served promptly, he was willing to answer any questions about the products. Keep up the good work Nabil, and I will come back again, and won't hesitate to refer a friend or relative to experience this kind of service.

I attended the Hamilton Mountain location located at 1441 Upper James St. on two occasions the first on was on Sunday February 21st, 2021 at approximately 3:30pm. When I arrived I was greeted by someone working the door and asked my Covid screening questions and allowed inside. A sales associate then greeted me and asked what I was looking for and I advised a couch (I am looking for other furnitures as well), we began to talk about what I was looking for in a couch. I further advised her that I was going to purchase using a corporate account. Once this was when her attitude towards me changed. She advised me that the corporate sales associate was in the back and walked away from me. This left me a little confused as I didn’t feel overly comfortable walking into someone’s office asking if they were the corporate sales associate. However, I did and met Tatiana and was told that she was the corporate sales associate. At the time, she was busy with another customer and advised me that she would be able to help me soon. I then walked around the store for another half an hour waiting for Tatiana, while other sales associates did not want anything to do with me. I just left as I figured she was busy.

I returned to the store once again on Tuesday March 2nd, 2021 at approximately 2:00pm again I was greeted and asked my Covid screening questions, and greeted by a sales associate after. I told the associate that I was going to make my purchases through a corporate account. The associate said to me “thank you for telling me that, Tatiana is in the back” and then walked away. I observed the area where the couches were not to be busy as there was one other customer dealing with an associate and one other person at customer service. I also observed three other sales associates, one of them was sitting on a couch. I went to the back and saw Tatiana with another associate named Patrick working at one of the work stations. I approached them and introduced myself. Tatiana told me that she was not working today and that Patrick would have to help me. Patrick told me he was busy and would be with me shortly (However, he was not with a customer). I ended up walking around the store for another 25 minutes again with no one wanting to approach me, there was no customers entering the store, and I continued to look around. This is extremely frustrating as during this time when you have just reopened after being in a lock down and me as a customer willing to spend money is not even helped. I ended telling Tatiana that I was leaving and to let Patrick know that as I am not a customer to them, as they chose to not ignore me.

I also just wanted to note I went to six other furniture stores and not only was I helped, three of those stores received my business. I would leave zero stars if I could, and I advise other to just avoid this location all together.

We purchased a dresser and chest during Covid, took awhile to arrive. When it finally did we received an email saying it was ready. This is where things started going downhill. I called and received no answer so I checked their pick up hours online and it said they were open until 9, so we got in the car and left to pick it up. While driving I tried to call again to let them know we were coming. Still no answer. So I called again to check hours via the phone directory and that just said check online which we had done and said 9pm so I figured they were just busy so not answering the phones. We arrived at 5:15 and there was a sign on the door stating they closed at 5. So we drove there for nothing and weren’t able to even speak to anyone to tell us this. Anyways we finally picked up the next day and got the products home. First problem one is broken in multiple areas. Second these look absolutely nothing like they did online. They are so cheap and for the money we spent could have bought something way better for the money. We hated them. So I called and no answer, and then emailed them immediately after with pictures included. A week went by no answer. So I got on the online chat, guy apologizes tells me he can’t do anything to call the store. So I called, finally got through. The guys tells me I will receive a call about the return. 3 days after I did get a call, unfortunately it went to voicemail and it says “your replacement dresser is ready for pick up” what!? So I call back no answer, I email again saying hey we actually don’t want them and would like to return them. Another week or so goes by with no answer my husband calls and gets through after a long hold. The customer service lady tells him they might be able to return our order and to email them, he explains we have. A few times. To which we never got a reply, she tells him “oh I’m going to give you a different email and please forward the other one with the pictures” ok so we do that. Another week goes by with no answer. We even expressed a credit to buy just a different set of furniture would be at least acceptable. This quality is terrible. So after we waited the week or so with no reply my husband calls back and this person now says you’re out of luck, you can get the replacement for the damaged one but thats it. No credit, no returns. She stated the info about returns is online, which when I looked didn’t seem to state this or at least clearly. This furniture was never used still in the original packages. The boxes were opened and we could see quality and the damages and immediately tried to contact them. You couldn’t pay me money to to shop there, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

So here's a "suggestion" for you. Stop messing up orders and costing people more money and time. I had to wait at home for 2 days to receive my order, send it back and then get the right one, and in the end I have to pay more. Not a sorry, is there anything we can do... NOTHING! I will never spend my money at any of The Brick stores again!!!!

After going to several places looking for a sofa. A friend suggested to go to The Brick upper James Hamilton, the closes to me. For long time I thought that Brick was a place for hight end estuff and expensive. The truth is. It has a lof of nice sofas you name it. I got a nice Sofa withing my price range. I am very happy with the quality of the sofa and with the price, their proffessional customer service. Mrs Sally(Rep) Mrs Karen also very nice and proffessional to deal with. And The Delivery men were nice and on time with the delivery. I did not wait the whole day for the sofa.
My sincere thanks to all the proffessinal customer service staffs already mentioned above at The Brick in Upper James Hamilton.

My husband and I are your regular customers, almost all the furniture we have in our house was bought in your store. And it's not only because of an assortment but because of pleasant service. We never left the store not buying something.
The biggest Thanks goes to Galina. She is always a nice looking woman (this is important for the customers too), very friendly, pleasant, patient, professional, understands the customer's needs and gives a good advise, she knows the business . Everything we got from your store is thanks to Galina.

Had a terrible experience years ago with the Burlington Brick selling me furniture and the day before delivery calling me telling me it was discontinued I had to pick something else.

To present day 25 years later I was looking for a specific freezer and only the Brick had it in stock. It's been 25 years I thought their service would be better...WRONG it's worse.

They delivered the freezer requested I wait to plug it in and I did. Upon plugging it in I opened the door and closed it to a loud whistle. Called Fridgette and they said it was a poor seal. Called the brick right away and they wanted a service call on a freezer that was 6 hours old. Finally argued to change it and then spent the next 4 weeks trying to have someone call me back.

Finally received a call back and they claimed to have my wrong number which I never provided them with this number and they called it the day of delivery. Agreed given we had food in the freezer he would do a drop off and pick up two days later. The day arrives for the drop off and they argue with my wife that was never the case and they didn't agree to that yet two days later they show up again to pick up the old one.

In the end we opted to get a full refund and purchase it somewhere else. By the way this was all done and to date I have never received a call back from the manager Cam who was given message after message to call me even the girls at the desk were embarrassed he hadn't called back and said it happens all the time.

So if you opt to make a purchase there then that is your choice but I can certainly say I will never set foot in a brick store again. Funny part is we are currently looking for a bedroom set and new sofa. So hey Brick screwed yourself out of more business...

In our recent visit to this location I witnessed a salesmen harassing a young daughter of a customer I asked if she knew him and the mum said he was their sales person discussing behaviour. Our salesman was really wonderful very knowledgeable and kind personality. The management in this location border on harassment to almost 3 people I witnessed being dealt with including ourselves very aggressive manageament and overall the general staff seem to be. Dry unhappy. I know people need work and you have to do what you have to to pay bills but if I could find especially our guy a hi I would no one should be subjected to such poor behaviour never mind service. We will not go there again

Unbelievably bad customer servive at the Upper James location. Sales people admitted to us that the furniture is cheap and poor quality. All their furniture in the showroom is scratched and ripped. Store Manager has no customet service. Buy your furniture elsewhere.

I had awful experience with the Brick, they set me up some payment protection program and i didn't want that, all what I wanted is extra warranty for my furniture. After I paid of my furniture they charged me extra 300$ for that payment protection plan, they said i sign for that payment protection program and the worker who was serving me at that time didn't even mention anything about that, i thought I was buying only extra warranty but not, they set me up to pay extra money...I would not recommend that people buy from the Brick, be careful people and don't buy from Brick, they are money grabbers!

I bought a mattress their. This is my 3rd one, the second on they delivered Feb. 27th 2016, a month and a half later im getting the 3rd one. Both were 3 were defective, lets see how long the 3rd one last. I had to pay delivery all 3 times, and between the 2nd one and the 3rd, was only 1 and a half months apart !! The manager was very rude to me. Their customer service sucks!! If you have any sense, go somewhere else !!!!

This is my second time coming to this location and i will never go again. There are about 40 people working at the store and no one communicates with the warehouse before they have people coming to pick up their purchased items to find out all the pieces are not there, This is ridiculous. I called 3 weeks and even morning of and got a confirmation that my item was there to find out that there were only chairs. I will not recommend anyone to shop here. The people are nice but dent have the slightest clue on to what they are doing!

my husband and I purchased a couch and chair from this location. the salesperson was fantastic and very professional. very patient and had answers for all our questions. Gave us a great price. couldn't ask for a better experience. and no I'm not an employee, just happy with the service.

Asked specifically not to let anyone else pick up my TV. I was told my TV wasn't in yet twice and the next day it was picked up by the person I specifically asked not to pick it up. Lied to, did not follow instructions, and on top of that the management was ridiculously rude, did not apologize or admit to any fault in their actions and hung up the phone on me. Would never recommend this location, very unprofessional staff.

no need for the receipt as it had all been saved on their computer.
Thank you for making this an easy process in returning my cracked table.
I was hesitant at first to buy from the Brick but I am now a loyal cutomer for life !

Staff was fantastic. They convinced me to buy the couch, which was on sale, by throwing in their 5 year warranty. Really glad they did, had my couch taken apart and put back together twice now by the in home repair tech.
