I had a great shopping experience at this Arrow Furniture Brampton location. The store layout was appealing to me and my wife as we shop for a complete living room and bedroom furniture sets. (invoices BB6293 & BB6463). The sales lady by the name Christine Samuel was very passionate about what she does. Her suggestions were very helpful and her approach to us as customers was without pressure. She gave us choices and carefully described the qualities of all the different furniture that we were considering. She was very helpful, respectful and with passion, she answered all the questions that we asked her. We spent over $7,000.00, and we are still yearning to buy more. The furniture was delivered as promised, the delivery guys were also excellent. They were very cautious and took proper care to deliver the furniture. They were wearing the proper protective gear including their safety shoe cover against Covid-19 spread. My wife and I are so happy with the quality of the furniture. Thank you so much Christine Samuel for your help and suggestions. Because of the quality service, my wife is now insisting that we buy all our future furniture purchases at Arrow Furniture in the Brampton location. I forgot to mention Christine Samuel the assistant manager at the Brampton location in my earlier post. Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was extremely patient, kind and very knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. If it wasn't for her friendliness, kindness and her knowledge I don't think we would have bought as much furniture as we did. Thank you, Christine. Anybody who needs to buy from Arrow Furniture Brampton location ask for Christine, she is totally an amazing salesperson.

I am very pleased with the service I received t the Brampton location. I was warmly greeted by Hitesh who is a Sales Rep. He was very patient and understand exactly the type of bed room set I needed for my daughter. The assistant manager Christine Samuel was great .She ensured that we were satisfied with our purchase and the price.

I went to Arrow furniture in Brampton and purchased dining chairs and also looked at other furniture, Gurpreet Kaur was the salesperson. She was extremely professional, patient, pleasant to deal with and she knew her products very well. It’s very difficult these days to find someone like her that takes an interest and is willing to go the extra mile for her customers to be happy! Definitely one of the best salesperson I’ve dealt with in a very long time!

The assistant manager Christine Samuel was wonderful! We purchased 2 love seats and 2 sofas, which we love love love. Christine is a fantastic salesperson and our whole experience went very smooth from purchase to delivery. I would highly recommend Arrow Furniture Brampton! Ask for Christine Samuel.

Sales rep was nice and the process was smooth, until it came time to assemble. There was a warped piece of wood that came with the table, called CS to get a replacement part. They didn't respond for a few days, then finally I was told it would be 10days. Its now day 22 and I'm no closer to getting a replacement part than day 1. The response time from their CS dept is awful, they just lie to shut you up. They've used every excuse in the book, now they won't refund my money or get me a new part.

Hats off to the movers .They did an amazing job maneuvering the tight corners in our older home(big concern when we purchased the furniture).They took the time and really figured out how to get the new sofa ,love seat,chair into our basement.

We have been customers of Arrow Furniture Brampton for sometime and we have been satisfied with their service and products.
Unfortunately we had some issues with the delay of our recent purchases.
But when we spoke to Christine she in her usual professional polite courteous efficient manner sorted out these problems and had the delivery made on time. Christine been one of the main reasons why we continue to be customers of Arrow Furniture Brampton.
