Worst Service providers ..
they never deliver on time and the after sale there attitude is worst. They don't have responsibility of all the part they are going to deliver.

Please shop from some other place instead of them.

I should be able to rate this place at zero stars. Never again would I deal with these carpet baggers. Bought a 3 piece leather living room set there in March 2015, not processed leather but real hides. 2 of the 3 pieces arrive on time, but the chair did not. Week after week I would call, left messages, but never a call back. Started going there on weekends to see where the 3rd piece was and excuse after excuse. 2 1/2 months later I get the final piece. After 6 months, the leather on the sofa is pealing off the seat cushions. I take photos and go see them. At first, they tell me its not covered by warranty. After some argument, in front of other customers, he agrees to cover it. Says he will send out a tech to look at it. Tech shows up, agrees that couch is falling apart, takes some photos, and leaves. Not a word for weeks. My calls are not returned, and 2 months have gone by. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

Sodhi Furniture's products are inferior and sub standard based on my experience buying their products.

I will NEVER buy there again and urge prospective buyers to not shop there.

If you are looking forward to deal with the most unprofessional and worst customer service and buying faulty products than they are the right choice. ILLITURATE sales people work there you ask for something you get the response I only work here. They do not stand behind their word, product or sale. You have a problem answer would be that is way it is. Had problem with the recliner and they refused to exchange it and threatned to drive me out to the store Had to call Cops for that. Talk sweet when u r in the process of buying something but when delivers and find a problem answer is WE CAN NOT DO ANYTHING DO WHATEVER U WANT DO. Higly recommend to NOT TO BUY ANYTHING CHEATER IS THE RIGHT WORD FOR THAT.

These guys have the worst customer service ever. They advertised for boxing "month" saying that the entire month was like boxing day. It was stated on all their advertiesments that if you found a lower price anywhere, they would beat the price. We bought a kitchen table set for $1000 from Sodhi Furniture, i saw the exact same table at another store. I checked the manfucaturer and part numbers and they were the same, except this set was for 600 dollars. I went to Sodhi Furniture for a reimbursement but was essentialy driven out of the store. No one would own up to the advertisements and when i asked they take my stuff back, he smiled and said sure but i just raised the restocking fee to 25%.
