I was in today looking at Palliser recliners. Martha was a HUGE help! She greeted us, answered ALL of our questions, took the time to fully assist us, offered really helpful advise, and looked up whatever we asked her to do!!

I bought a 42 in rca and 7 weeks later I took it out of the box to install in our new home and it had a broken screen. Obvious shipping damage seen on the box after inspecting it. Brought it back to purchase another one and they said NO to a return as their policy is 7 days. United Airlines had a policy and look what happened to that! I find that their policy and customer service is severely lacking and hope they can see that it is better business policy to keep a customer than try to create a new one.

We have dealt with Teppermans for several years and have never been disappointed. We recently bought a sofa/chaise, coffee table and two recliner rockers. Both Char and Holly were very helpful in guiding our choices of furniture. We were very happy to take part in a great sale as well! We will continue to furnish our home with Teppermans furniture!

First off, I'm a first time customer of Tepperman's. I was hestistant and nervous as this is the first time I've purchased new furniture from a furniture showroom store and quite honestly I'm quite turned off by my experience.

Myself and my girlfriend first went into the Sarnia Tepperman's store to look at a bedroom set. With the help of Justin Round, our salesman, he helped us locate the exact one that we liked the appearance and functionality of, The Wyatt six piece bedroom set, although I only ordered the four pieces. Justin seemed distant, not personable, and not very informative to the first time buyer, never followed through with us and basically just pointed the general area where to go with very little direction to a first time customer. We wanted this bedset though regardless of how it was represented to us so we shrugged off the fact that Justin seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us.

We spoke to a credit representative and went through the details and shipping, went with the one year no interest plan with a no mess delivery/assembly. We ordered this on December 26th 2016 with a delivery for January 14th 2017, one of the soonest Saturday deliveries that they could do and one that both my girlfriend and I did not have to work.

They informed me by phone call two days before delivery and once again the day of delivery that they were shipping it. I made sure that my house was ready for it, I sold my old bedset on the Friday before delivery to make room in my bedroom for assembly of everything. My new mattress laid on my living floor the night before delivery awaiting it's new frame to sit on, my couch and loveseat stacked upon each other to make space in my living room for this mattress. My coffee tables and daughters toys spread in what space I had left between my kitchen and living room. All of my clothing and other pieces that were in my bedroom were stacked among my office with no room to even walk through it. I did everything I could to accommodate for the delivery.

So the furniture arrived and was brought into my home. The long dresser, chest, and nightstand were pre-assembled, which left the one delivery driver to assemble the bed frame, but it came with no hardware, bolts or nuts and instruction manual to assemble the bed frame. Every piece of furniture had a sticker of Tepperman's inspection dated for the 13th of January 2017, one day before delivery. The chest had a screw in the back that was a quarter of an inch not screwed in, the backing veneer on the long dresser was warped a half inch out with a wobble in how it stood as well, the head had a long scratch on the lower side that would be covered by the mattress, and a chip in the drawer of head board that looked to be covered with wood filler and blue marker. The delivery drivers called their people about the missing hardware and they had suggested to put text books under it to support it until a technician could arrive, which I had the impression was later that day, I was clearly wrong after I had called back to customer care a couple hours later after the delivery men had left my half assembled bed together with boxes and plastic strewn about my house. Customer care asked us to send pictures of the damages to an email and explain our situation, we did or at least tried before the email sent failed but in the meantime we were on the phone with the manager in Sarnia, Kathy Sitter, she told us that they were currently looking at the pictures, they hadn't even received them yet, and was hung up on... .Four nights of sleeping in my living room, two managers spoken to, and at least four customer care specialist over the phone, and I'm finally getting a new dresser, new headboard, hardware and instructions to be delivered January 17 2017 between one and four pm. My girlfriend is taking time off work just to be there for this delivery.

Thank you for just waiving my no mess delivery fee that I never even received and exchanging the furniture that came to me damaged, too bad you couldn't have done more in a much more timely manner to accommodate your paying customers.

We Had shopped 2 competitors on the same day, prior to visiting your store. The first location was certainly not interested in helping us at all. The second location provided us with some information, but no strong recommendation to purchase. We asked for a demonstration on the tv we were looking at, but they weren't able to do so--we were told the tvs were on one solid feed....and the best time for us to purchase would be on Boxing Day. Since we live in Chatham, not Sarnia, this was of no interest to us. My husband and I figured that we probably wouldn't be buying a tv today, but went to your store to see what you had. Mason McCarthy assisted us....we told him what we were looking for and he showed us two tvs that fit our needs (not the biggest and most popular), and of the two showed us his preference, and why. I asked if he could demonstrate the tv so we could see what it offers in apps. "Of course!" ...and grabbed the remote. We were sold. Thank you Mason for listening to our needs, and providing us with our solution.

I just had to write to you about this amazing employee you have, here in Sarnia. My husband and I decided to not buy eachother a bunch of gifts and get ourselves a new tv. We knew we wanted a Samsung Smart TV, but really didn't know a whole lot about them. I called the store and happened to get Frank, the amazing customer service started right there. We spoke for quite a while about the different levels of the Samsung's, size and all the bells and whistles lol. We decided it would be a 55" 9 series. When we went to the store to meet Frank and decide on a sound system etc., we were so impressed. He is friendly but not gushy, very knowledgeable without seeming pompous, truly interested in what we wanted and what would work best for us. We really did enjoy the whole process of this purchase and can honestly say, that is not always the case when dealing with salesmen or women.

My sales person Holly listened to our needs and was very helpful. We went to several other stores and were either ignored by staff or the staff did not listen to what we wanted.
I returned and purchased our furniture from Teppermans .
The delivery people were polite and very careful.

My furniture that I have now, needs replacing. I am a very fussy person, and felt it was going to be very difficult to find something that I like just as well as I what I have.
But I did, and I found it at Teppermans.
Not only did I like the furniture, but Holly-Anne was so friendly, helpful (and very patient).
She is a definite asset to Teppermans, and I will be asking for her again when I return.

We had Adam, Rob, and Nick deliver 2 items. They were polite and efficient. They we careful not to damage our purchases and our home. Well done. The only thing, is that they forgot to leave the clips for the glass for our tv stand. They must have put them in their pocket and forgot. But, overall a job well done.

My husband and myself went in looking for just a fridge. Dominique showed us the different fridges and took the time out to measure. He answered our questions that we had. We ended up coming out with a fridge , stove and dishwasher. He was fantastic. Sonya at the accounting desk was very knowledgeable and so friendly. We love Tepperman's and will not shop anywhere else. Kudos to your staff.

Sales person was great to deal with, delivery date did get messed up a bit but over all the delivery persons were helpful in locating and explaining the appliance.
Last year in July 2015 we arrived at the store to purchase new appliances for our home, we arrived around 5:50 but let me tell you we were basically rush out of the store because it was closing time. The sales person was a female and we were very disappointed. Just a bit of info.

Good job they tried to fix a bent footrest but could not so Sherry made me another apointment for another technician to have a look at it. Not the fault of delivery but they startted the road to getting the issue addressed

Today we visited Teppermans in Sarnia and dealt with Kyle Boire and Bonita Drope.
Kyle gave us great advice and really helped us to choose the right appliances for us.
Bonita worked her magic and got us the credit we needed. Couldn't be happier !!!!!
Both were enthusiastic, friendly and sported great smiles. Both were experts at what they do.

Delivery men Timothy and Patrick was good. They provided great care when delivering the fridge. The sales representative in the store Frank Vendetti was very informative and knowledgeable about the products and this helped us in choosing the right fright. he even went out of his time to stay a few minutes after his shift was done to ensure that everything was taken care of for when we came in to sign the contract. Keep up the good work Frank.

I received my appliances on time and the delivery men, Timothy and Patrick were perfect gentlemen. They were both very conscientious, being very careful not to touch any walls. Washing machine was installed but the dryer could not be installed because I had used the wrong tape for the dryer vent and it posed a fire hazard. I was very thankful that they pointed this out and got the right tape. Both units work perfectly. I would definitely buy there again.

I just recently bought a new condo and bought about 75% of my furniture from the Teppermans in Sarnia. The staff is very friendly, helpful and patient. They made good suggestions on the furniture that would help suit my condo.
One thing I noticed after shopping around at about 5 different furniture shops, is that Antonella was by far the best furniture sales person. She was very helpful, energetic, and helped me pick items that best suited me. I was surprised to hear that she has only been in the sales department for about 1 month.
Jim was also great helping me find a TV, he was very friendly and explained the new technologies well.
The ladies on the credit department i spoke to (Kim and Sonya) were also very friendly and great at explaining things. They answered all of my questions.
Kelly the floor manager was also very good at her job. She was assisting Antonella as she is fairly new in sales. But those 2 make a great team, they can sale almost anything. That could be why I bought 75% of my furniture from Teppermans.
