I am from Sudbury ON and unfortunately since we do not have a dealer here I need to travel south to one of the dealers in the Toronto area to service my vehicle or to pick up parts for my mechanic here in town. Generally, I go to London Infiniti or Downtown (Toronto) Infiniti, and they fix the problem which I bring my car in for. I brought my vehicle in to fix a rattling sound and they replace a compression rod which didn't fix the sound. They also quote me $10,000 worth of repairs. Interestingly, 75% of their shopping list which they provided me with had already been repaired in the past and thus these part should be covered under warranty. Furthermore, I took my car to my mechanic here in Sudbury for a second opinion and he recommended only changing the sway bar links, mounting 4 new tires and performing and alignment...and not to replace the entire front end suspension. In my opinion, Dixie Infiniti is another dealer only interested in manipulating it's customers into buying a new vehicle. I will take my business back to Downtown Infiniti or Londo Infiniti where they fix the problem I ask for.
