From the time I received the card about the Tax Rebate to the time it was installed it was top notch service.
The sales person was very informative and explained many different options to my questions.
The installation crew were fantastic. Very clean, very respectful and actually worked unlike other construction workers we have had in the past for other jobs.
I did ask during their work many questions and they did not seem bothered by my intrusions what so ever.
Once was all said and done I did call the office and spoke to one of the owners as AGAIN I had more questions. He answered all of them and gladly told me to call again if I needed further info.
I referred them to a family member as well and they to selected Ener-Tech!!

I received my electricity bill that was 5 times the normal rate. We called Hydro and they told us they went with readings and there was nothing they could do. I called Enertech and they sent a technician. The technician was prompt and professional. He was able to find that there was a broken wire in wall and the heating and air conditioning were both running simultaneously which was why hydro readings were so high.

Sales and support staff are fine but the owners are ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

Sales Person was super friendly. People who installed the unit this 2018 summer were friendly as well. But, the surprise was when I had to deal with the service people and people in the office. I called them because the unit started to make huge noises throughout the day. Like a tractor right outside our wall or a motorcycle revving or a drill. So I called to get it checked. A person came after calling to chase a few times to check it and said everything is ok and the noise is normal when it goes not defrost cycle (which is almost every 5 minutes). I know many people who have similar units and they never have these noises. The guy refused to speak with me in English. My French is weak and despite the fact that I spoke to him in English and apologized for the fact that my French was weak, he just answered me in French. So he explained everything to me in French which I barely understood.
A few days later I decided to call them to ask for clarification. The receptionist put me on hold after every 3 words. I couldn't have a conversation with her and she was super rude. Her name was Linda. When I asked her nicely to not place me on hold so that we can actually sustain the conversation, she became louder and worse, said that they were busy and then put me on hold again. When she came back I asked to speak to a manager and was placed hold again before I could even finish my sentence. A few minutes later a very loud guy answers very rough and aggressively says I will call you back later. That's all he said without even a "hello". I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me saying, "what does it matter who I am, what do you want!" I was about to say something then he just hung up in my face. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and rudely before as these people have treated me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. Linda refused to give me any names and just said that someone will call me back.
I did get a call back from someone who explained that the noise was normal and that I should keep the AC unit(with heat pump) off if the temperature is below -6C. Their technicians who installed the unit told me that it is best to keep it on all year round. My family and friends who have similar units keep theirs on as well all year round with no issues.
Now I have to go and do my research to see what is the right thing to do. My feeling is that there was a fault in the way they installed it.
All would be fine if the treatment was respectful.
I don't know how these people can maintain their business. I would discourage anyone from using this company!

Sales person was great but as soon as we made the purchase, our contact was the owner. I have never had to deal with such an aggressive and rude person in a service industry. He would not even provide his name. His secretary (very pleasant) also said that she could not give his name or she would get in trouble. I regret purchasing from this company.
I can't believe how a terrible company like this can still be around. This guy on the phone is seriously the rudest person I have ever encountered in my whole life. They charged me so much money, yet no problem solved. He is so aggressive and never let me finish my sentence. They still want to come to my house and get some easy money while not even trying to fix anything. No, NEVER HAPPENING AGAIN. I'm opening a complaint file and shutting him down.
This guy has anger management problems. He should not be dealing with the public. He sent a repairman to see why our A/C was leaking water. The repairman came, but a couple days later the leak was just as strong. When the boss (Robert) was called and told that the job wasn't done, he was verbally abusive and aggressive and hung up on my wife. Initially when my wife called and spoke with Robert about making an to service the air conditioner, Robert bullied his way into making the service call earlier then what my wife had wanted. He OKed a post-dated cheque because he wanted his way, then put it through early so that the bank sent it back, and then denied saying he OKed a post-dated cheque (and denied bullying my wife into having the service guy come early when she told him she preferred they come later vs. issuing a post-dated cheque). He also denied being rude with my wife when he was confronted on his behaviour, saying he is only rude to people that are rude to him first. He became enraged when held to account for his behaviour, got major riled, invited me to come down to his office (for a fistfight, I assume. He also said later when he was calmer that he felt like coming to my home in the evening to settle our differences). A major nut job; unaccountable, manipulative, bullying. We will be filing a complaint.
The installation was great and the unit has been working very well.

Not even one star. Complete loser no class not professional. He was verbaly abusif i don't understand why he is allowed owing a company. I opened a complaint file at the consumer protection office. I will not let this maniac get away with it. You should all open a file that rhe the consumer protection office will help us shut him down.
Please tell me where I can open the file. I regret so much that I havent read your comments earlier. This crazy manic is still around and bullying customers. I just got bullied on the phone as well. I have seriously never encountered someone so rude in my life.
What can I say? Very, very rude on the phone. Do not recommend any business with this rude person. They are even not honor to their own word and warranty.
Good morning, I opened up a file with consumer protection, he cannot be alowed to treat people so rudely, I suggest you do the same and mention all the reviews you found about the company.
This is not a real company as they have no people working for them except one sales man by the name Richard . once they got the money they don't know you or your service needs. very rude on the phone.do not recommend any business with this shady people
