Insulation issues

We built our house mostly out of insulated concrete forms (icf). Part of the second floor was conventionally framed all of the first floor.
I hired Great Northern Insulation to insulate and vapour barrier the rest of the house that was not icf including the roof/ceiling. The house was insulated with spray foam.
No batts were used.
Great Northern talked me into upgrading the foam to a 2 pound foam that was not supposed to require a vapour barrier. They provided me supporting documents to supply to the building dept for approval. I did and things were ok with the inspector.
Great Northern was given approval to insulate there way. It took them at least 4 months to complete the process. They used about 5 different crews. Basically they used my job as a fill in when they had an extra few hours the would come by and insulate a piece. They missed a huge amount of spots there were drafts holes an 30 or more places. They supplied me with a portable spray foam system (2 propane type tanks with the foam in them) an told me to fill the holes myself as I found them.
They started to spray the foam late October and ended in February.
We had a short cold spell and then it warmed up. As soon as it warmed we found water dripping from the insulation in about 10 different places. I immediately called my contact at Great Northern and Steve came to house to see for himself. He actually was hit on the head with dripping water. ( the flat parts of the celling have drywall on at this point but the slopes don't. The foam was sprayed directly on the drywall on the flat parts).Great Northern came back with a crew and sprayed some more insulation to try and seal the house. At this point Steve assured me that all was fixed an to go ahead and drywall the slopes.
The next winter under the same outside conditions the dripping started again. They came back with a thermal camera and tried to identify the problem. They found a lot of cold areas all over the house. They again tried to fix the problem. The next wear last year the same thing happened. One of the upstarts bathrooms is like a shower out of the pot lights.
They came back again with the camera and a blower door. They negatively pressurized the house and went around with the thermal camera and discovered "cold spots" all over the house. Great Northern keep telling me they are going to fix the problem. But it never happens. This fall great northern brought in an external company to estimate the repair. Great Northerns contractor came up with $65k not including the insulation to repair the deficiencies.
Since the time of the high estimate they are not communicating with me well and when I do talk to them I get a runaround.
Today I spoke with Great Northerns representative. She told me that due to the unexpected high cost for the repair Great Northern Insulation is not going to do anything.
I told her that Great Northern was going to force me into legal action against them. She told me that she understands.
This company has lied to me from the beginning. Shame on me, I believed that they would fix the problem that they created by a faulty install job. Instead they are forcing me into a costly legal battle.
In my opinion I would seriously reconsider using this company for spray foam. The only thing that I received from Great Northern Insulation is a nightmare and well spoken lies.
