Questionable staff, strange and untrustworthy employees, fake stones, yes they are dyed and over priced - and they give you BS information on their stones and products most of it untrue and expect you to believe them, NOT pleased with our purchases or service from this business or the absolute BS dished up by owner and employees to us as customers. Scammy!

Terrible!!!!! The owner of this store (Gilbert Stones) is the most vulgar, ignorant person you could come across (horrible experiences), her greed, ignorance and disrespectful manner is an embarrassment to any professional trying to operate a business. Her total lack of respect for customers is a joke, she acts like she walks on water, her junk can be found anywhere in Winnipeg and really, you would be better off going to the Dollar Store. Total boycott of this store, Gilbert Stones. If you want to be made to feel like an insect, she is the one to do it, always talking about her money (what money, well if I cheated people and her employees the way she does who wouldn't have money, really). The owner of this fake store is a crook, so watch out, she will rip you off and that is a guarantee, believe me I know. Beware, she is always looking for investors (suckers) to buy in and work in her fake crooked operation and there are three (women, employees - investors) that are in on this scam working at Gilbert Stones. Your money will disappear, the products are junk (very overpriced and fake), they are crooks, they pass themselves off as something they are not, and you will be taken advantage of, so stay clear. Horrible Experiences at Gilbert Stones!!!!!

First of all, the old woman who owns the shop is the rudest, most arrogant person you could ever meet, she walks around with her nose in the air acting like she walks on water, who the hell does she think she is, all her stuff is cheap crap from india, china, and taiwan, you can find the same stuff anywhere for much better prices and get much better service and respectful treatment as well.n She is so greedy, she rips people off so she can buy tank loads of botox because she looks like a worn out saddle after a thousand asses have rode 100 miles each on it. Her poor husband must be an alcoholic and who can blame the poor man with a woman who treats everyone like a whipped dog.nAll she does is brag about money and how flashy they are, you came to Canada and were given the chance at a better life just to turn around and treat people the way you do? back to the barrio putta!nAt the end of it all I would say a total boycott of this store is in order, she treats everyone like dirt as if she were some kind of diva, maybe in that crooked head of hers, just because your up all night removing your pained face with a spatula don't make everyone else suffer for it. nnYou can seriously find better junk at the dollar store! and the only reason I gave it half a star is because the page requires it for a reviewn
