I would like to say since Candice our in house manager started here things are looking up. the hot water issue was fixed the place is looking cleaner repairs are being done. thanks keep up the good work.

There are lots of mice in this building and in my apartment.very dirty building.horrible staff.if u complaint about anything it doesn't get done in months.not good caretaker.she is rude to me whenever I talked to her.awful building.dont rent this garbage

Wonderful building.
Great resident caretaker - she's busy, but does what she can.
The day I moved in, had an elevator all mine, everything was ready for me.

The only issue is some of the folks in the building. The aspiring musician doesn't know when to stop practicing, and some of the folks in the exercise room must like to live in the fridge. Minor stuff, and it doesn't kill any of the enjoyment of living within walking distance of everything I need :D

Loved my Experience from Start to Finish. Well taken care of. Paperwork ready, Laundry Card ready, Parking ready. Elevators booked. Some1 kept stealing my elevator and management corrected immediately. Very Clean, well maintained. Since moving in and having been here a while now I would say my caretaker has to deal with a lot and works overtime around here. I have had many conversations with other tenants who love the caretaker but find the management company hard to deal with. I have enjoyed my experience here and have only one issue, that is the disrespectful tenants who have no common sense or smarts and do stupid things that they should be ashamed of their behaviours at times., Like letting dogs pee in the neighbors yard or on our own building walkways!!!!!!!!!! Think they should not have pets. Its about being responsible pet owners people!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Location and Neighbors though and very quiet suites. Love it here.

The property management for Dover Place (called SunRex) is absolutly the most disorganized management I have ever had. I feel very negalected as a tenant because my property manager doesn't answer her phone, doesn't return messages, forgets things immediatly after I tell her.

It's been a month since we have moved in and she still hasn't taken out damage deposit, still haven't given us our laundry card... we still haven't signed any papers! I am so frustrated and if I knew management would be this disorganized, I would not have moved in.

Don't say I didn't warn you... you'll want to rip out your hair.
