Julius Moving & Storage

Used this company that also operates under the name buget moving, they were completely unreliable and unprofessional. First off they showed up and day late for the move, they did do the move promptly once they arrived; however during the move they damaged my dining table and a few bags of clothing disappeared. When approached about the damage and missing articles they deemed that they were not responsible and shouldn't be held liable. I would recommend that anyone looking for movers to do their research and NEVER use this company. There are numerous other accredited companies with better reveiws that would be gauranteed to a better, professional job.

We had the worst service we've ever had in any industry with Julius Moving and Storage. During the move, our marble table had broke, but we did not get mad or upset, we simply just seeked compensation, as would anyone. First they avoided our calls and when we did get through they kept saying they would call us back but never did. The attitude we got from their service rep Mike, was so rude and threatened to send his "detective uncle" after us and even hung up on us multiple times. He said the boss Lisa, did not even want to talk to us when we asked to speak to his manager/boss. I don't understand how a company trying to run a business can treat any customer that way. Shows that they truly do not value their customers. We do not even care about the compensation anymore, it is about the principle of the fact that after payment, they don't care about the customers. We paid over well over $500 for their services, and Mike was basically saying thats peanuts and they have customers who pay way more. It should not matter the amount a customer spends, a customer is still a customer no matter what. And $500 is nothing to scoff at, it isn't easy money, it is still hard earned money and a large amount of money too. I definitely would not recommend this company! It has been too much of a headache and has been dragging on for a month already. Do yourself a favour and don't put yourself through this. It should be 0 stars, but the site makes you put at least half.
