People's Choice Appliance Sale

Bought a stove. Was told they tested everything and everything worked. Got stove, electrical plug did not work. I let them know, no response. Called the number and the nice old man that delivered it started swearing at me. Saying what, you use the plug ???? WTF
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO A REAL STORE THAT HONORS THE 30 DAY GUARANTEE. horrible customer service. I'd like to give them a minus 10 rating. Horrible

Took dryer in for repair and was told panel was gone cost 45$ to diagnose. Part was 235$
I took to another repair shop and was told sensor was gone 20$ to repair. Called to talk to owner and all he did was swear at me. do not shop here.

Don't ever make the same mistake I made by buying from here! Broken appliances sold at a high price and when you complain, you deal with the rudest, meanest owner manager you'll ever meet! He will not do anything to help you! He is very condescending and discriminating. Worst experience I have had. Terrible mistake to buy here! I wasted my money, I didn't save at all!

WE have purchased our appliances there for so long and have appreciated the sales and service we have received from them. I got great recommendations on the repairs that needed to be done. If it needed to be fixed they would tell me if it was worth fixing. I also know that the items that we purchased were delivered with care and attention unlike some other retailers. They were good at answering my questions without making me feel like I didn't know anything. I appreciated their help and work for us considering our budget!

This place is very unprofessional. I purchased a dryer and when I got it home it did not work. When I called them about it, the guy said he would call me back but did not. I called again the next day and I was yelled at, swore at and was treated very poorly. I will never deal with this place again and neither should you.

They were very quick. Very helpful Will use them again.
